I have seen the documentary twice. Its a hit piece that could be filmed in any rude slum anywhere in the world.

Wahhabis are non violent.. they value a civil society above all.

OBL wanted the Sept 11th attack to have a Saudi face in hopes that the US would attack Saudi Arabia. The nationalities of 6 of the hijackers is unknown because they got their US visas on fake IDs and stolen identities.

The Saudis reject ISIS and AQ as people who have bastardized Islam.

There is zero evidence that any state was responsible for 9-11.

Shia in KSA are between 10% and 13% of the population and are concentrated in the Eastern province of Al Hasa. Hofuf is a Shia town. Many do work in the oil business like Ali Naimi who became president of ARAMCO and later oil minister. Those Shia are in good shape... likewise the Shia who are merchants, but there is an underbelly of Shia that won't go to school and don't work. They are poor and discontent... sometimes, but not universally influenced by Iran.

KSA has invested a lot of money over the past 40 years to improve their housing and infrastructure.

    Most are loyal Saudis.

People take pictures all over KSA every day without any problem.. You just can't film oil facilities for reasons that should be obvious.. Didn't you say you were in KSA for 6 months?

Lots of Islamist Extremists in Saudi Arabia. You continue to deny that water is wet.

Nope.. and you have never set foot in Arabia so just knock it off. The Saudis never experienced colonialism so they are not nationalistic..

And Margot2 is wrong. The Saudi government is on record acknowledging the saudi identity of the culprit. An ex-pat reading government owned media made for local consumption, and believing the propaganda, is really a non credible source on what the situation is.

You're serious? The list as been posted many, many time before.

    https://www.fairus.org/issue/national-security/identity-and-immigration-status-911-terrorists

Now turn the page and move on. If as you say you're not a Saudi and since your only source of info are the government owned saudi media who has an interest in not presenting the whole truth to its citizen, I and many others here, don't give much weight to your opinions on the matter.

Just posted the list, are you blind. The Saudi have acknowledge those identified as Saudi. What they're refuting is the Saudi government participation in the plot, not that 15 of the terrorist were Saudi nationals.

Saudis always had a fast track to US visas.. because Saudi students have been coming to the US for education since 1951.. thousands of them..

There are questions about fake IDs and nationalities that have never been resolved... like Ameer Bukhari who was killed in Sept 2000.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/arch...0b0-b77c-df81ecffadc8/?utm_term=.7e8056ea04e4

So who is the culprit the SAG identified?

The identities of 6 are questionable.. They may be Saudi nationals or maybe not.

But who is the CULPRIT you referred to?

US intelligence said there is NO evidence for any state actors..

Saudis are very pro-America. I was just back on a visit in 2000 for their centennial a year before 9-11... They have always been pro-American.

Do you know how to read?

I said all Saudi nationals on that list have been acknowledge by the Saudi government.
As for the question about IDs, that comes from journalist mistyping the names when translating them in english and that was also explain on the site I linked to.

As for state actors, while there is no proof of direct involvement by the Saudi gov, this doesn't exclude help from lower echelon people. The Bin Laden was a powerful family at the time and was well connected.

    Case close, move along.

Old man Bin Laden had 53 sons.. OBL was the black sheep. KSA revoked his citizenship in 1994 and declared AQ q terrorist group.. OBL wanted revenge on the SAG as well as the US.

You don't know ****... You're only another avatar on an online forum. It may come as a shock to you, but nobody takes anything you say seriously. Give it a rest, it doesn't work.

For whatever it's worth, I'd be willing to bet money that Margot2 is telling the truth.

Where she may be wrong is on the uniform, homogeneous pro-Americanism of the Saudi elite.
In that part of the world, they know pretty well how to play all sides. Not that I'm criticising them for this ... it's what you have to do when you're weak.

It's perfectly conceivable to me that there are people in the Saudi elite who are fed up with being seen as the Americans' hand-puppets, and who surreptitiously fund jihadis. "A man may smile and smile, and be a villain."

Perhaps relevant is this supposedly Arab question:
Question: why is it better to be an enemy of the British, than to be their friend?
Answer: because when you are their enemy, they will try to buy you. But when you are their friend, they will try to sell you.

But the lovely Pakistanis beat the Saudis at this game all hollow.
