Just another racist who wanted to kill more outside his race. I doubt he was some kind of Manchurian Candidate brainwashed and trained in a secret GOP bunker by Trump supporters. More likely a liberal Democrat who was worked-up by Obama and the Leftist Media about the few Blacks who were just minding their own business and killed by cops---as opposed to the 2 dozen-times-more Black thugs killed by other Black thugs that are covered-up.
It's probably not an AR15.. the bullet that that firearm uses is too weak. He's ex-soldier so probably 30-06 which is a typical hunting round and strong enough to go through most body armor???? Remember the Remington 600 is a popular sniper rifle and a popular hunting rifle. If he was smart, that is the type of firearm to use..

I couldn't tell from the grainy video. But he was not firing a scoped bolt action gun---and there may have been more shooters on the grassy knoll nearby. All 5.56/223 rounds will cut thru standard police vests that are only IIIA at best. The SWAT guys use LV III or IV. But a not so fun fact is that they don't protect all the other areas away from the armor.
