    I am posting this in the Australian forum as I keep being accused of “trying to change US gun laws”. I do understand the PM’s feelings on this - this man showed exceptional courage. Living proof you can fight back even without a gun.

    My only caveat is that Farah Tahir the 30 year old Pakistani national who was also hoping for a new life here also be awarded posthumously with citizenship as it appears he was stabbed trying to confront the killer.

    All who acted so bravely should be rewarded
