Clinton had several opportunities to kill Bin Laden, but didn't. 9-11 was planned during Clinton's watch. They thought Gore would win the presidency and would do nothing about it.
The man has contracted dementia from Dingy Harry! Taking out Bin Laden would not have changed 9/11 at all! They were set to go no matter what happened in the world. Is his ego finally getting the best of him? At least, with a partner like that, Billiary will have an even harder time running.
