Calm down princess. Tell me, were there WMD used against the Kurds (yes)? Have they been used again (no)? MIssion accomplished, do try some comprehension. Tell me, how many years did Sadam have to hide a few canisters of gas while the UN dithered? (*)(*)(*)(*)ing UN, waste of space and money that it is, home of despots and murderes, pfffffffft. Dullards everywhere man, keep your eyes peeled.
So we can only be worried about one thing at a time!! can walk and talk at the same time? Perhaps some lessons in multi-tasking can help you? Concentrate, it aint that hard, sheeesh.
Here is a interesting link to anyone wishing to follow it up. I remember seeing this case come to light on ABC web news some time ago, when one or more British MP's were trying to get the case re-opened. Interesting to see that the Hutton enquiry classified the evidence for 70 years. Interesting how the use of the word "enquiry" seems to have altered into something quite different. Remember who pays for these enquiries, the taxpayer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Kelly_(weapons_expert) What we need are distractions and a constant flow of new perils to dull our memories, and condition our minds into dropping one horror for the next, our daily and weekly mind fodder to cloud our recall and judgement, something to talk about with colleagues during our lunch breaks. Then we go home at night, and watch the next episode on the news. We're not meant to retain anything in memory for more than several days, let alone worry about what happened 70 years ago to buried evidence.
We are incredibly intelligent beings, but we are sick in the head, trying to dampen our thoughts through denial, and this must often result in negative manifestations, or, a "sick society". Meanwhile, we have the latest toys to buy, because corporate advertising conditions us to desire this "stuff" for our distraction. Consumer electronics are a massive growth industry, distraction is a massive growth industry. We have our sport, in itself, an admirable pastime, but it too is twisted into a sick corporate manifestation of distraction of the masses. We don't actually take part, we watch it on TV or in the grandstands as our "corrupt" heroes do battle on the field, (active athletes exempted). As for the corrupt athletes, this is more mindwashing, we actually abhor but embrace this strange mix of worshipping bad guys in sport, it's another sick manifestation of our twisted modern morality, another distraction, we identify with them, we are not perfect, we can get rich despite being corrupt. It's a life lesson for modern man. It's all good. Let's go vote the next politician they offer up, let's talk about the issues THEY want us to talk about, the feed, the dribble, the distraction. We NEED distractions, that's why we buy them. Without all the rubbish under the sun to cloud our minds and distract us from reality, we'd have to think about stuff that we really don't want to think about, because it's scary and uncomfortable. You start thinking, your world implodes, your "reality" shatters around you, the MATRIX view you had lies like a broken mirror on the cold grey ground. You start seeing the public, still fooled, as zombie drones. It's not comfortable being in this place, it's lonely, especially when surrounded by people in an urban environment whom you now have little in common with. You are now a freak. You move to the country, and make the best of it. You breathe fresh air and can tell the difference between right and wrong, truth from lies. You have a clear view from the hilltop. You have integrity. You have your life back. You don't vote for your enemy. Scary huh? It is scary, but it's too late to go back now, even if you could. Your mind is free.
A common question I get asked when I tell people about these ideas is this... "So, if you are right, then what can you or I do about it anyway?" For several years now I had no answer, and I somehow believed that the world would right itself. That was a naive assumption. I now realise that the battle is long lost, before it started. I used to believe that some good party, movement or polititian would knock or shock some sense into the population by way of reason and demonstration. I also figured free people could only stand so much and they would revolt. I looked to America, post 9/11 until now, to provide the impetus for such a noble change, knowing full well that Australian apathy would be no leader here. I looked upon the Obama campaign with both suspicion and hope, and his words reminded me so much of John F. Kennedy, that I assumed he would be assasinated if he was fair dinkum. Of course he was not, and his true allegiance is now quite obvious if you look into it. The "matrix" is in already firmly in place, at least practically. A few loose ends to tidy up, but all in all, we're pretty much all part of the same global control grid. Someone once said something to the effect that "No one is more firmly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free" and this is quite true. A few months ago, I had an epiphany, realising that the "matrix" can be broken, not by armies or mass organised movements, but peacefully on an individual, peer based enlightenment. It's a helluva long shot, but it is possible. The method is this: Make another voter aware of the problem, and ask them to seriously take on the responsibility of explaining this to at least one other voter. It's a giant non-profit pyramid scheme if you like, and the payoff is your kids' freedom. The first response is always the same.... "it won't work." I say "It can work, simply do not vote for your enemy and convince another voter to do the same". This can get complex. You have to be certain that your vote is not ultimately going to your enemy through a preference, and if that is not possible, then you must not vote. This is extremely important for success. Not voting is not exercising your democratic right, but a true democracy should have a candidate to represent you. If you are FORCED to vote for your enemy, then it is NOT a democracy, it is a dictatorship. You need to examine and realise this. Well, we must try it as far as I'm concerned, so, if you think I'm right then it's your turn now. Good Luck everyone.
There are still a few reasonable questions to ask here. Q. What if no one votes because all candidates are enemies of the people? A. I believe Power will claim a mandate regardless. I hope I am wrong. Q. What happens then? A. Then we are free, psychologically anyway. The Matrix/democratic lie is exposed. Q. Many people will still vote for the status quo, what then? A. If you don't try, you can't succeed. Try anyway, it's important. Be part of the solution or be part of the problem, your choice. If enough people do the right thing, then this will spread to the following election, in theory. A statistical impact is all that is needed to make people sit up and take notice. The principle is the same at every electoral level. Be sure you are adequately represented by your candidate, if they are causing you harm, don't vote for them. Stop the traitor within, take a long look in the mirror before you go to the polls.
I feel a little explanation from the judges: whether or not you used a dictionary or thesaurus and or spell checker, your composition was delightful. and of course for pure simplicity ... A big kiss for you. Keep It Simple Stupid
We are having this same argument in America right now. As more and more catch on to the true intentions of "globalism", the whole world is going to go up in smoke. When the time comes, we all need to revolt at that same time. No single puppet national government of the west will be able to keep control without outside help. If all western nations have internal problems at the same time, all of us get control of our nations back, and globalists have no where to run.
Yes - the USA turned a blind eye at the time because they were Saddam's ally No - because the USA ceased being Saddam's ally. Instead, different allies of the USA started committing war crimes - such as Australia carrying out an illegal war of aggression.
If you're not for the government, then you're against them, isn't that treason? We need to be very careful on our definitions as we mat define ourselves incorrectly. Congo said some very cool things, and to be truly honest, I have not read a lot of what he has said over many threads but... He does place the ball in the correct court, all politicians' are where they are because of us, we pay, vote etc. True most of them need to clean their shoes and wash their hands occasionally but for the most of it we get what we deserve. Most of us at best have only a rudimentary knowledge of those we vote for and know even less about those we don't. Most of us vote for "the Party" not the policies or agenda ... we use terms like "Better the rat you know" or "It really doesn't make much difference, they are all the same anyhow." or "I really don't know much about the policies, but he has a nice face, he looks honest" or "I would get more involved but I just don't have the time." I say, "We get the government we deserve" I say, "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" I say, "If you're not part of the answer, you're part of the problem." Like Congo I am really amazed at our stupidity. Example: Cadbury's Chocolate changed their recipe and within a week received so many emails and letters that the changed it back. Woolworths buy asparagus from overseas instead of Australia and we do nothing. We, the PEOPLE of Australia could have forced them to change their minds, imagine if everybody stuck together and used the power of numbers, imagine if every person boycotted Woolworths for 2 weeks. Elections determine who is going to represent us for 4 years, but they cannot represent us unless WE are a part of the system, and I don't just mean a ten minute interruption to a Saturday morning every four years. You cannot get back more than you put in, unless you are willing to invest.
well why didn't they (the US government) tell us if they were, I have never heard of Iraq using nuclear weapons
The common concept or ideal of treason might not fit the legal definition. The definition is only semantics by comparison to the spirit of this thread. Treason occurs when a participating member of a group conciously harms it to cause gain or advantage to another group with a different interest or goal. If the voter causes harm unintentionally, they are not a traitor. My intent here is to make certain you understand your actions and the dire consequences of playing at democracy when you are uninformed. I want you to realise that you are traitors, so you can do something about it. We are part of the system, as you said, a ten minute distraction once every four years. This is perfect for those who simply wish to claim a mandate and then go about the business of exploiting and micro-controlling the masses to keep their big nasty industrial war machine running I say the system is so completely IN control that democracy as we should understand it no longer exists at all. I say the only way to stop this insanity is to deny the system it's legal mandate by refusing to vote for it on the grounds that it is harming us all. The system offers us a feel good solution, a new tax, and you zombie drones just suck it up and accept it. This while we double our coal production before the tax can even be implemented. The PM telling us we'll be better off when industry pays for their dark activities, but giving these industries exemptions in the next breath. The fact that the public join in debate about the tax is alarming..... what's to debate? The public needs some serious debriefing...... go back to the start of this thread and read all my posts twenty times and then come back with a clear head and say something intelligent. (not pointing at you DominorVobis, thanks for your input)
Not sure WTF neclear weapons has to do with it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halabja_poison_gas_attack
It has been three months since I called all of you traitors to this country and yourselves. Not one reply since. Am I correct by default ? Am I so alone in the real world, surrounded completely by brainwashed zombies living a lie in my imagined Matrix World, a world no longer just imagined? Is anyone out there? Hello?
I made a thread almost identical to this one but about America. Had an Aussie come on mine saying I was ridiculous and "nations are just made up words". I don't know whether to feel good that other nations have globalized traitors or bad about it. May we all get our nations back.
Sorry, but when i read it i grabbed my tin hat and went and hid in the shed. I don't want the system after me man......crivens!! Tell me, what do you think Kevin Rudd thinks of your ascertation that the people are only listened to every 4 years?
I don't think he cares what I think, nor would he be interested in my existence, nor should anyone really. This isn't about what I think, it's about stimulating thought, so you realise who you are and what you are responsible for.
Hello. Perhaps your real world is not finding the resonance in the wider real world. Sometimes it's good to check your real perceptions with other people's real perceptions. Your real perceptions are your opinions. I have opinions too. And so it is for everyone. Traitors? Brainwashed zombies? Your opinion of others... is your problem. You will not find resonance with others... while calling them names. Guess what? You are foibled and "human" like the rest of us. Welcome to the wonderful foibled world!!
I am quite aware that my perceptions are out of step with your's, and the general public's perception of what is real and what is not. Given the overwhelming propaganda that has distorted the population's perception of reality, I somehow felt compelled to write about it Gwendoline. I do not expect all readers to grasp my meaning here, but as you are my best antagonist in this thread, I am sorry that my words are lost on you. I consider this a failure on my part for not having the skill needed to forward an argument that you will find lucid.
Thankyou for your input. I assure you, there are many Aussies who are defensively nationalistic, your foreign poster does not represent Australia at a grassroots level. As far as getting our nations back, we will see, so much damage is already done to the world, everywhere. It will never be the same. We will see something different perhaps, and it would be nice with different colours, instead of shades of grey. Imagine a country where businessmen in the capital city wore shorts with knee socks, hairy legged and rough, few sporting a tie of conformity. I remember this place, not long ago, a lost world now. I also remember that place was distinct by race, now, it could be anywhere of course.
