Debunking the lie that Trump made fun of a handlicapped reporter.

He like to mock people. Like a child likes to mock people. We agree on that.

It appears to me that in that comment with the gestures he made...that he WAS MOCKING THE disability of the reporter.

I have no idea of why you are stunned. The guy has shown himself to be a petty, angry, vindictive individual...and the mocking seems to be the kind of thing he normally would do.

He clearly said, "You should see this guy...."...and then started the hand and arm flapping.

The mayor and police chief of Jersey City said it never happened. And none of the local news stations aired the footage that Trump claims to have seen with his own eyes.
This was xenophobia and hatemongering, based on an absolute lie. That's Trump.

 

And I'm amazed that Trump's defenders continue to deflect like this. Trump said there were thousands of Muslims celebrating in New Jersey on 9/11. There were not. He lied, and he continued to lie. Some of his defenders tried changing the subject to the notion that some Muslims somewhere celebrated. Literally no one denies that. It is a dodge and a straw man.

 

And even afterward Trump claimed that such footage exists, but that he just couldn't understand why it wasn't on the internet anymore. The man is as desperate as he is petty.

No Trump supporter has been able to find such footage. Trump can't find such footage, even though he says it was all over the news at the time.

Wrong, he is on video using the same exact gesture to mock Ted Cruz, an Army general, and others over the years. It's his standard "backpedaling/waffling" mocking pose. Moreover, the reporter in question doesn't even have a shaky arm or hand. This is why media used the still pictures to create the lie as opposed to video, which would instantly reveal the lie. A bright 12 year old could figure this out. The only robots are leftists such as youself who adhere to the lie in the face of all the documentary evidence against it.

It doesn't surprise me at all either, that the usual dishonest suspects on this board are trying to make this into a debate over how many muslims celebrated 9/11 and how many did not. Transparent and not the topic of this thread.

Of course he was making fun of the reporter. He tends to mouth off a lot....the man is very uncouth and has said degrading things about many people. You don't have to be anti Trump to see him for what he is.

It worries me that he comes across as so childish at times. He was so offended the SNL skits, and his response to Meryl Streep's pathetic awards speech wasn't really appropriate either.
Seems like the president elect should be able to handle these minor situations with a bit more grace and maturity.

This is the lamest "debunking" I've ever seen. You claim that it is a "common gesture" that he does "ALL THE TIME," but the video you provide as evidence shows only two instances (which they replayed over and over again) other than the one where he mocked the handicapped guy, and in those other two he did not make the gesture with the curled hand similar to the disability that the reporter had...he only did that when he mocked the handicapped guy.
