In the Course of Human events it sometimes becomes necessary for one people to draw an ideological and cultural distinction from another. To protect our traditions, our religion, our freedom and our sanity. I ask for fellow Conservatives everywhere to join with me in declaring these crimes against Conservative Humanity that have been committed against us by the Obama Administraiton, aided by the tyrannical former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and her toady in the Senate Harry Reid. Along with all the other liberal closet social democrats, union thugs, academicians, assorted activists, community organizers, rabble rowsers and other enemies of America. I hereby make this declaration of these Crimes committed by Obama specifically or through him the various occupiers in offices in which he is directly responsible. Which come from our own Founding Fathers Declaration of Independence. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has directly ignored Court Orders, and encouraged the judiciary to corruption against Conservative values, traditions, and beliefs. He encourages amendments to our Constitution designed to take away the voice of our employers, while keeping the unrestricted voice of those that would take them hostage through hostile and unfair labor extortion. He has forbidden our Legislature to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. He does this using the threat of his veto power, and the combined thuggery and corruption of a Democratic Controlled Senate to prevent timely reforms demanded by The Conservative People for redress of our grievances, the lowering of our national debt, or simple relief from overreaching Government regulation. The gridlock, caused entirely by Democrats who keep trying to pass tyrannical laws and regulations against us is proving damaging to the nation. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. By demanding the Republicans surrender their consciences, and their electoral mandate to Conservative Reform through public speeches and rousing of the poor against them through vicious Class Warfare Rhetoric. He has endeavoured to demographically and immigratorily flood out the native populations of these United States; for that purpose of radically altering the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass or enforce laws that inhibit or slow their migrations hither, and lowering the conditions of new Appropriations of Welfare, Health Care, Education and other privileges that ought to be reserved only for Legalized Citizens of These United States. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by corrupting the Justice Department and placing as its head a racist and wholly unjust bureaucrat who has shown favoritism towards administration cronies, and harsh treatment towards political opponents. Also by ignoring such heinous acts as voting fraud, intimidation of voters at polls, and other sundry activities. He has erected a multitude of New Offices and bureaucracies, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance. Through the use of overpowerful regulatory agencies such as the EPA and NLRB. He has combined with others to attempt to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: Namely to organizations such as the WTO, the IMF, and the UN. For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world: By blocking key resource pipelines from being built within our borders, or refusing to acknowledge and sign legal Free Trade agreements with other nations in a timely manner. For imposing Taxes and Legal mandates on us without our Consent: Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these United States: For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of the urban center, the merciless Occupy Wall Street Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all businesses, public spaces, streets, police equipments and other acts of perfidy including public defecation, nudity and the spread of disease and filth within our Cities. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A President whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Executive Head of State of a free people.

SiliconMagician, please post some specifics of how your life has been affected by this supposed tyranny. That means don't just post Unibomber-manifesto-type generalities. Give us some concrete examples of how Obama's so-called tyranny has directed affected you personally in your daily life. And next, present to us your solution for this "tyranny". For example, do you believe that this "tyranny" justifies you clubbing actual liberals on the head, as opposed to just bludgeoning their pets?
The only violence I commit is wielding a righteous rhetorical sword, bringing the truth of what Obama and Liberalism represent in terms that the common man can understand. It is important that a listing of Obama's Crimes against Conservative Humanity be distributed for all to read.
I do not think you understand the standards of the founders as well as you think you do. I think you're projecting your own wishes onto them, and then trying to claim their support (which they can't really deny you at the moment since they're dead and can't speak for themselves) so that your own views, which seem very anti-American and un-American (at the same time!) to me, have more credibility -- at least in your own imagination, not so much in the minds of those who actually read history books. Even Madison wouldn't agree with what you're saying, let alone Jefferson (the moderate) or Paine (the liberal). All founders.
