I keep hearing about how some people are unfairly making so much more money then us, often by doing nothing or much less then us. yes, we all know that (sometimes their labor is not seen, and sometimes their labor doesn't exist)

Yet EVERY TIME I try to bring up a solution to the actual problem, or discuss what CAUSES this to begin with, you all turn away. I am IGNORED.

So what really is your problem?

    It's called GREED.

Taking 5 thousand dollars when 20 bucks will do just fine...that kind of thing. You know...the corporate/CEO mentality?

The solution has already been laid out. The majority is unwilling to accept that it is the only solution....

Actually it's called envy - wanting to take for yourself that which others earned with time and effort.

At least you speak the truth.

You don't want those poor people to have YOUR money. You want to force someone else to give the poor the money that those other people earned.

Nobody's complaining about people making too much, dittohead. But when one group, the top 1%, is doubling to quadruping their wealth while everyone else and the country are being slowly ruined, they should pay more in taxes, and 4% more is NOT class warfare.

Most poor have CABLE TELEVISION, I as a middle class person do not. even when I was poor I chose not to, although it was more boring. A lot of poor people are FAT (welfare moms) I lived among them, so I know very well what I am talking about - why not blame fat welfare people before blaming skiny rich guy? Many poor people have more kids then me (I have none) why the greed with children?
Are you suggesting that most poor, if given a chance to rake up a million dollars thrown onto the street, would behave and share it equally in a gentle manner?

Try to go back and read the OP, see if you can find the main question of this thread. if not, you need better goggles.

No, capitalism is finding a way to earn or trade for the things you desire. Very different from the liberal robbing the rich to give to the poor (taking a little off the top for themselves. )

Capitalism is literally where one person works and another person makes the money. It's nothing but government welfare for rich people. It's robbing the poor to give to the rich, which is both cruel and inefficient.

You mean like other people's labor for the things you and your family (future inheritors) desire? The pie isn't yours by default...it's for all to eat.

Workers are compensated for working. If they don't like the compensation, then they can quit and do something else. I don't care what that is as long as I don't have to pay for it. If you don't like working for rich people, then don't work for them. That does not automatically entitle you to anything from anyone else. Start your own (*)(*)(*)(*) business, but be careful, if you are successful then you will become "one of them". oooohhhhh

If it's too little, we all have to pay for it.

That is still trading. The capitalist trades money for the workers labor, then trades what is produced for more money. It is still a voluntary exchange.

Involuntary labor is slavery, even if a wage is paid, and is illegal in the US.

From my perspective, it is a simple moral failure to bear true witness to our own laws.
