Dem Meltdown Over Trump Immunity Shows SCOTUS Is Right

Lying 'Jack Smith did everything he could to rush this case to verdict before the election while cowardly never admitting it.'

    Americans don't like cheating prosecutors.

'Members of Congress and federal judges are immune from civil and criminal prosecution for their official acts.'

But the folks who want to rig the election for Bribed Joe want Trump to be exposed in a way that none of them are.

'Currently, presidents are only immune from civil prosecution for their official acts. That is because the Supreme Court has never had to decide whether that extends to criminal prosecutions, as no president has ever faced a criminal prosecution until the Democrats’ four criminal indictments against Trump.'

It's all about folks trying to rig the election for Bribed Joe.

'Suppose Trump were not a candidate for the presidency. It is highly unlikely that Smith and his fellow anti-Trumpers would be flailing about desperately in an attempt to bring this case to trial this year. They want a trial before November in front of a virulently anti-Trump jury and national media in the District of Columbia in hopes of garnering a conviction that would be deleterious to the former president’s campaign. It is that simple.'

And the voters know that this is attempted election rigging by a corrupt desperate Administration.

Bribed Joe, Lying Jack Smith, and Crazy Eyed Judge Chutkan, are all in a great big rush, trying to rig the election, after Bribed Joe's corrupt Department of "Justice" waited '30 months to bring these novel charges.'

Justices Wise to Lying Jack Smith’s Game.

The Supreme Court will likely release their ruling in late June and it could very well include instructions for Crazy Eyed Chutkan Also, the justices could 'remand the matter with instructions to make findings as to what acts alleged in the indictment were and were not official. Judge Chutkan has never done so; rather, she and the D.C. Circuit just categorically rejected the presidential immunity defense.'

Then after that is completed, Trump could very well appeal to the Court to review her ruling.

After all that, 'there are three months of pretrial work left whenever the case returns to her docket.'

What they want is a conviction before the election without time for Trump to win the appeal.

If Crazy Eyes get the case back by July 1, with instructions to rule on what acts are official and what ones are not, and say that takes a month, then another month for the DC Circuit to review, and another month for SCOTUS to review, and then 3 months of pre-trial motions.

Might be tough to get this trial rolling before the election.

Gee, it looks like maybe Lying Jack Smith shouldn't have waited 30 months to file charges.

    Please discuss.

Supreme Court Majority Is Sympathetic to Trump's Immunity

Looks like Lying Jack and Horny Fani just got Monkey Hammered at SCOTUS

It's starting to look like the remaining Trump Trials may not take place before the election, if at all.

Judge Crazy Eyes Chutkan needs to look up "Tautology"

'...Roberts just slammed the lower court "a former president can be prosecuted for his official acts because the fact of the prosecution means that the former president has acted in defiance of the laws."...'

What do you do when a Corrupt Judge writes such a sloppy decision on such an important matter? You send it back so that they can try again!

'...Roberts just laid low the appellate decision and Dreeben struggled in defense of it. Roberts responded that, if the Special Counsel does not subscribe to the sweeping decision, why shouldn't the court send it back?'

Well, because they waited almost 4 years so that the trail could interfere with the election, and now they are in a big hurry.

Next time this raving robed idiot, Chutkan should try to focus.

'...Roberts said that the D.C. Circuit failed to do a "focused" analysis on these act by adopting a "tautological" standard...'

Alito asked about exposing ex-office holders to abusive prosecution by corrupt politicized judges, by limiting immunity.

'...Justice Alito just asked Dreeben about the wisdom of his approach to just rely on the discretion and good motivations of Justice Department officials given the history of abusive, partisan prosecutions.'

Lying Jack's minion didn't have much of an answer.
