My opinion shouldn't interfere with the criminal justice system.

If they assess he is mentally incompetent for trial, I'll settle for that only if that removes him from the ballot.

First, and foremost, he needs to be defeated by any legally justifiable means.

If they assess that the he is fit, then we indict him and throw him in jail and whoever is vice president (assuming he won) will do a 25th amendment.

I've seen Biden speak rather well, overall, and the stutters are intermittent, the result of a child hood stutter that was much worse, once upon a time, and in old age, remnants remain, especially to surface under pressure. I know this particularly well because I've lived a similar reality in my life. No way does that equal 'demented', that's just false and is mainly the argument held by right wing partisans out to reelect Trump.

What you fail to grasp is that Trump's 'orange' isn't what he was born with, it's a lifestyle choice based on his using tanning products to hide is ultra pail and spotty complexion (you should see him without that tanning lotion or tanning salon treatment) which is why he fair game for such poking of fun and criticism.
