That has not been established and is contradicted by testimony. They specifically are alleged to demand the ballots unfilled out so they cod fill them out themselves and if someone did fill it out they would steam it open and change it.

It is very clear you didn't read any of it and therefore do not know what you are talking about. That is a major problem with people on your side. There is a lot of lying and denying without knowing even what the allegation/testimony is to begin with.

 

That just reaffirms why improved election security is needed.

 

I actually did read at least the beginning of the article, and that is what it said. A news article is not supposed to hold back facts, in order to have a shocking, surprise-ending. But I do not accept, based on nothing but your word, that this is even the case. I notice the conspicuous absence of any supporting links and SNIPs. That is a major, major problem, with people on your side: a lot of claims, but scant proof.

 

Actually, what seems clear, is that you did not read your own article. Below is the article you offered a link for, in full-- please point out, where it is alleged, that the guilty parties demanded ballots that had not yet been filled out. In fact, nothing is mentioned about steaming open envelopes, or any part of your conspiracy--

YUMA COUNTY - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that Guillermina Fuentes of San Luis pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of Ballot Abuse, a Class 6 Felony, for her role in an August 2020 Primary Election "ballot harvesting" scheme where early ballots from other voters were collected and deposited into a ballot box on primary Election Day.

In December 2020, Fuentes and Alma Juarez, also of San Luis, were both indicted for 1 count each of Ballot Abuse, also known as “ballot harvesting.” In March 2022, Juarez entered a guilty plea to Ballot Abuse.

Arizona law only provides for a family member, household member, or caregiver of the voter to collect voted or unvoted early ballots from another person. Under Arizona law ballot harvesting is a class 6 felony.

Fuentes admitted that she "knowingly collect[ed] ballots from another person, and those early ballots belonged to individuals for whom I am not a family member, household member, or caregiver." Fuentes further admitted that the early ballots were later provided to Alma Juarez.

Fuentes is scheduled to be back in court for sentencing on June 30, 2022.

Juarez is scheduled to be sentenced on June 16, 2022.

This investigation was conducted by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Special Investigations Section, Election Integrity Unit and the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.

I think that the democrat politicians in America, can't win without cheating in some way. illegals voting, dead people voting, animals voting, people voting more than once. stuffing the ballot boxes, and destroying opponent votes.

I hope that they're held accountable, but they've been able to not be held accountable for so long, it's hard to believe that they will be.
