Democratic Party moderators fail to ask any questions re China

The Democratic Party operatives who posed as debate moderators from CNN and the NY Times failed to ask any questions about China.

I certainly didn't expect them to ask Biden anything about his son gaining favor from Chinese business interests, as this would certainly not be approved by the Democratic National Committee.

But not a single question about Hong Kong's struggle against an oppressive communist government? Not a comment about the stories these same 'news' sources have been covering about the NBA's recent controversy in kowtowing to the ChiComs?

Really?

 

Perhaps they wanted to focus on America's immediate problems first?

 

Perhaps. Yet they had the time and gumption to ask the candidates about Ellen being friends with George Bush, so perhaps their focus was on protecting their candidates?
