So glad I live in Texas. We have been declared a "Second Amendment Sanctuary State" exactly like California and other states declared themselves "Immigration Sanctuary States". Just as California and the others now will not enforce federal immigration laws, Texas will not enforce any federal law like this. Its probably a non-issue anyway, since the law is obviously unConstitutional... a clear violation of the Second Amendment. It will take a new amendment to the Constitution, not simply an act of Congress to establish such a law.
