Can you help us understand what you mean by "legal proof" since, as an evidence based quality, it is essentially meaningless. Was that on purpose? This is one of those times where the language you use is pretty important. Is it possible that you have discounted real evidence in your pursuit of the fantastic here?

There's plenty of evidence. The problem is our institutions are wholly corrupt.

When the Nazis and Communists arrested, convicted, and executed dissidents, the dissidents were guilty right??

They were guilty because the state said they were guilty.

Conversely, the crimes of the state, and the criminals operating as executives and thugs within the "legal" framework they had established, were able to commit crimes against the citizenry which were perfectly "legal" - right??

Do you really not understand how corruption and authoritarianism work??

If not, I suggest you start reading some history books, because America is far down the path to authoritarianism.

Exposing election fraud would be the highest priority for any government that wanted free and fair elections. Have there been any full due process hearings into the thousands of allegations of election fraud during the last few election cycles? ;-)

Here is the Ugly Inconvenient Truth straight from the COTUS:

"It remains true, however, that flagrant examples of such fraud in other parts of the country have been documented throughout this Nation’s history by respected historians and journalists,[Footnote 11] that occasional examples have surfaced in recent years,[Footnote 12] and that Indiana’s own experience with fraudulent voting in the 2003 Democratic primary for East Chicago Mayor[Footnote 13]—though perpetrated using absentee ballots and not in-person fraud—demonstrate that not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election."

    Crawford v. Marion County Election Bd., 553 U.S. 181 (2008) (emphasis mine)

Presidential elections have been determined by less than 600 votes, and state and local elections have been rigged throughout the nations history.

Those who do not question the integrity of US elections are ignoring a well documented historical record of massive vote fraud, or they just prefer rigged elections.

I live in a city of similar population and Antifa would not dare show themselves here. That kind of crap would not be tolerated at all.

Violence for political gain, eh? Contrary to what? No violence and let the powerful take over peacefully.

Let me say something that totally tears down your statement.

Protests are not violence and are supported by the Constitution. I have never heard or seen any Democrat that is in a leadership position call for violence. In fact, the exact opposite is what is found repeatedly. Violence being repudiated by the Democrats in leadership positions.

Violence occurs all the time in humans. After all, in the Trump years we had record numbers of mass killings, many of which the culprits were voicing ideas of the right (and especially of Trump). Mass killings are certainly the worst kind of violence and the data shows they occurred under the Republican/Trump administration. How do you support that?

Furthermore, violence is often shown in the way of a gun being used and it is the Republicans that openly and in huge numbers support gun ownership.

See this data/facts that will prove my point. Republicans are the ones that are pushing violence. Look at the last chart. It is the Democrats that repudiate guns and it is the Republicans that strongly support it.

You sir - you - voted for the violence.

You support all of the policies that have led to the breakdown of our society.

Defund the police?? People are dying every day because there aren't enough police now - the inmates are running the asylum. That's squarely on you sir!!

Democrats don't want violence?? Every leftwing policy enacted by you radicals has left Americas cities under siege.

Here's another one for ya Mr. Democrat... carjacking in broad daylight - cops did nothing because they're understaffed.

That violence is on you Mr. Democrat - you voted for it, you cheer it on!!

Minorities calling out Soros DA Kim Foxx - their relatives killed in the out of control violence in their city.

That violence is on you Mr. Democrat - you voted for it, you cheer it on.

    You really should be ashamed.

First of all, I am not a Democrat, I am an independent. Was a Republican for 35 years but in the year 2000 I left the Republican party because of what they had become.

Second of all, I am not for defunding the police and neither are the Democrats. There are groups "within" the Democratic party that are for that, but not the party itself. Just like there are groups within the Republican party that are for White Supremacy. Bad is found everywhere.

As far as every leftwing policy enacted by left-wing radicals, you yourself are making my point when you use the word "radicals". Radicals are found everywhere and on both sides. Nonetheless, the reality is that when a party tries to impose its views without using the Constitution and Democracy to accomplish it, they are the ones that are being radical and should be fought with violence is necessary. If one gets beaten down without reason, one has a right to fight back the same way.

You are using Tucker Carlson to prove a point. That, in and of itself, is laughable.

Nonetheless, the reality of life is that if you look you will always find wrong.................the same way that if you look, you will always find right. Pointing to the wrong without pointing to the right at the same time is what always should be done as humanity is flawed and what everyone should look for is "more right than wrong" in order to judge correctly.

My original post here was about how the right always points to the wrong but NEVER gives any credit to what is right. That is an injustice and that is exactly what you are doing. This is the reason why we have a Constitution. The Constitution is there with checks and balances that allows the wrongs to not be allowed to happen while the rights are accepted. Do I need to say that it is the Republicans that have been trying to bring the Constitution down?

The right is the party that is trying to bring American Democracy and its Constitution down.

I was discussing your primary point about why people voted for Biden in 2020, not Covid specifically. Yes, Trump started the vaccine to get it going as any president would. Even Bush did that when SARS was around and then when it dissipated, he and Congress quickly stopped the large funding. However, from the Summer of 2020 onward, all Trump and his allies tried to do was character assassinate Faucci, blame China for everything, and say, "let's get back to normal because Covid is not real" arguments. And that is why Biden got the votes, especially from Suburbia in key battleground states.

The fool here is Trump because he really does not have the intellectual capacity to think things through beyond the first step or so.

And yet, they try to portray themselves as news when they say, "You will get the truth here" and so forth. Yes, they are opinion shows but a lot of people take what they say as platinum truth and news. Their advertising and promotions are that, and that is why they and Fox are in legal trouble, again, with the conspiracy theories that these shows promote on a constant basis. None say this is their opinion, they try to present it as fact, aka news, and then when called, try to go the other route as "opinion."

    Yikes, lol...

For the record, I am not a Republican. I am a small (r)epublican, and a small (l)ibertarian, which makes me a small (c)onstitutionalist.

If you're siding with the Democrats on any issue, then you haven't the faintest notion what the Constitution says.

The Constitution was designed to limit government, and prevent it from meddling in the lives and business of the states and people.

Does the Democratic Party represent those ideals in any way?? No, of course not. The Democratic Party is corruption personified. They've gone full-on Gestopo in trying to take Trump out.

The leadership of the Republican Party isn't much better. The leadership of that party takes their marching orders from the same Establishment criminals as the Democrats.

The only difference between the two parties is that there is a minority of Republicans who truly want to defang the monster that is the FedGov, and put the genie back in the bottle.

I haven't seen you say anything that demonstrates you understand any of that.

You are using big words and yet you have not given any proof.

You want proof of the Democrats using the Constitution? They are the ones that believe in elections and voting, which is the basis of the Constitution. Unlike the Republicans that use power to try to get what they want. Just look at what McConnell did with Garland (pure power to stop his nomination to the Supreme Court and yet when Barrett was up for nomination, he did the exact opposite). You talk about corruption?

You talk about corruption? It has been proven that the Republicans are 38 times more corrupt than the Democrats. This is not OPINION but fact:

    https://rantt.com/gop-admins-had-38-times-more-criminal-convictions-than-democrats-1961-2016

I think that it is you that has demonstrated that you do not do any research and that you offer nothing but words and opinion

I was a policeman when young and I do believe in the right to own guns. Guns are a need when in a defensive position and every American has a right to carry a gun if cleared of mental disorder, cleared of previous aggressive action, cleared of any reasons why he/she should not own a gun. Nonetheless, I am 100% against anyone being able to purchase guns that can kill many people (such as AR-15 rifles). There are very few valid reasons why such a gun should be in the hands of people that are not clearly in a war or a situation where killing many people needs to be done for defense,

As long as you go through the background checks, training, etc, I am all for concealed handguns. I am one myself. The problem I have is laws that state you don't need training for a concealed firearm or no background checks whatsoever. That makes the job of the police a lot harder and cannot arrest the nefarious characters on the street who are packing.

The last part is sheer deception through projection of the left upon the right. As to Tucker, he’s awesome at his ways to prove a point

IMO, government should stop infringing on the right to bear arms in any way.

The use of armed police to enforce the law and keep the peace is a proven failure.
IOW, as usual government is the problem not the solution.

Americans have the right to buy any gun the like without any interference from government.

Guns are never the problem. A disarmed helpless public is the problem.

Given the absolute infallibility of the "Every Republican accusation is a confession" rule, we know from this thread that Republicans are planning riots and violence as an attempt to steal the election. They failed before, but they think they can succeed this time if they just use more violence.

Not every Republican openly supports violence, but a majority does. And if they don't openly support brownshirt violence, they at least smooch the keisters of the ones who do.

    Oy vey, lol...

38 times more Jews were convicted of crimes than were nazis during the 1930's in Germany - see how that works??

The left controls the institutions. 90+% of Washinton D.C. is Democrat. Within the institutions, Democrats hire other Democrats - Republicans need not apply.

As for McConnell, he's an Establishment operative. His job is to ensure that no real resistance is mounted to the wicked and treasonous Establishment agenda by the advocates of liberty.

As such, he occassionally has to skewer and sacrifice a fellow Establishment thug like Garland.

Where are you getting your news?? You certainly don't understand how the game is played.

That must be why there are so many Republicans in BLM/AntiFa.
