This letter admits to a failure to appear on subpoena duces tecum seeking evidence and witness.

One year earlier I received a phone call from a friend in jail. He had found arrest and booking records in the jail
library from 1876 which is why I knew to subpoena them.

Courts are now working to keep the truth out of the courtroom, so the prejudiced judge refused to find the county in contempt.

Those arrest and booking records would have shown court records were absent from the public court record which would have triggered state law requiring that the knowledge value to the public be recovered by any means.

The value to the public is immense . Essentially those arrest and booking records would have been adequate to substantiate to psychology the basis of a new mental health care treatment effective for treating extreme behaviors.

Your family member is exhibiting extreme behavior. Killing himself slowly with alcohol because of addiction.

The entire nation suffers from extreme behaviors. Intervention by effective mental health care could stop nearly all.

Muslim terrorism can even be stopped by this type of treatment because it works directly with the unconscious mind, which is where beliefs are created and maintained. From the unconscious where the limbic system reigns through the primordial mind, massive emotions can drive people people insane.

The entire WORLD suffers from a deprivation of justice related to this matter.

It's obvious that one citizen can be denied justice and many citizens suffer.

    But how much?

You don't know what you don't know.
