Derail .... Biden and his history of hiding and withholding classified document.

As happens many times on here several posters start to bring up the same subject someone else has done... lefty's use the word whataboutism.... but normal talking folks call it precedent... it seems some posters want to think the discovery of the Penn Biden classified documents happened ..... just..... right before the 2022...

 

And time after time you fail to backup your claims.

 

It seems @Sirius Black has been reading Axios articles that has missed the juicy parts of the facts of the Joe Biden classified coverup scandal by the DOJ.... AGAIN...

There was a challenge to "Do you have further information?"
And yes there is "mucho" more information that Axios will never cover....

Question 1.... Did Joe Biden and administration find out about the classified documents at Penn Biden, that were hiding in a closet and were "discovered" by high class DC lawyers "cleaning it out", November 2, 2022?
Answer.... Nope... it was a lie covering up that those document were went through 6 months earlier... Strangely Smith was appointed a short time after...hhhhmmmmm.

 

"Whataboutism" is an acknowledgement that it is done by both sides, otherwise, it wouldn't be whataboutism.

 

Question 2.... Did former Vice president and senator Joe know he had classified documents before the 2020 election?
Answer... yep.... and he declared they were his...

 

I asked so I could make up my mind and I got an attack on Axious. You made a statement that Biden knew this before the election and hid it; I felt that if that was true it was a game changer I asked for more information and I got an attack on Axious, an attack on me and that the information was known "6 months earlier" which is still 1 1/2 years after the election. Can you cite a source that shows he knew about it before the election.
I am willing to listed to you but you are making it difficult.

 

1850 boxes of documents were discovered at just one location. Someone had to pack them, deliver them and store them. The only people involved with any of that and who claim they didn’t know the boxes of documents existed would be, say, people with dementia.

 

Who discovered them? Who reported them? And why was it that Trump supporters were using the "some aide is in some real trouble" when Trump's documents were originally reported?

Per Kathy Chung ( Kathy S. Geraghty Kathy Sang-Ok Chung Katherine Geraghty) testimony.... they were going through the documents in MAY, not the November lie we were told... that is 6 months they were hidden from NARA... and possibly 1 1/2 before November.... per another investigation

Chung was the Vice President office person who emailed Hunter and Joe (using his pseudonym address) the cell numbers of all the high level politicians in a breach of National Security none can be compared to...

Who had access to the classified files very much a big deal no matter how you spin it...

 

And former Vice President Biden knowingly had classified documents in his house, and refused to give the back as he considered them his... 7 years later the NARA never requested those documents back... former Vice president Joe Biden discussed classified information who did not have the proper clearance... former Vice president Joe Biden had his in an unlocked garage... former Vice president Joe left orifice in jan/2017... Penn Biden did not open until Feb 2018, do the math...former Vice president Biden had all those classified document in a least 7 different locations. As a former senator Biden, he would have had to literally steal documents out of a SCIF... former Vice president Joe Biden had a sit down with Hur.... The DOJ is refusing Congress access to the audio....

No spin I stated the same thing you said. He couldn't determine who had access therefore that proves nothing one way or another.

 

But Kathy Chung did.

 

I looked into the Chung testimony before the committee.

The crux of the argument was that Comer claimed the documents she handled were classified. She stated in her testimony that she saw no classified documents in the documents she handled.

She also refuted the claim that Hunter Biden recommended she be hired to move the documents when her attorney pointed out she had been working for Joe Biden for over 10 years when she began working on moving the documents.

She also testified that Biden and his family did not touch the files she moved and that Biden seemed surprised in 2022 when he was notified about what the FBI found

This still leaves a lot of questions as there is no proof she did or did not move classified documents.
