The Jews have the Bible that specifically states that God has given them the land. And they have the history there to prove it was theirs. There was no Palestinian people. It was just Arabs who came from all the Arab countries and lived in Israel when Israel was destroyed by her enemies. Israel was not brought back to Palestine. Israel was brought back to Israel. Quantrill
Book Chapter and Verse in your book that says, god gave anything to the Palestinians, so far you have not done this.
You base your comment on YOUR belief that a god or gods exist, I simply stated you are mistaken because no god or gods exist. There is not one iota of evidence to support the existence of any god or gods. Not,Baal, Jesus, Jehovah, Allah, Shiva, Zeus, or any of the thousands of others man has created over the millinia. You can call it what you wish,, "a go-to-defense", but it becomes that, because it is a simple statement of fact. Oh, by the way, according your YOUR holy book, what happened to the Hebrews and their original temple. You know, the ones that god promised so much faithfulness, hmm, and do I or do I not recall enslavement in Babylon and Egypt of these same Hebrews promised so much faithfulness.
1) Was the Bible signed by God ? 2) If God did give Israel the land .. was it stated that they could keep the land forever ? Obviously not because the land was taken from them. Could man take away what God gives ? Does God not keep his promises ? If the land was promised to Israel "forever" by God, then obviously God broke his promise. Clearly you are confused.
A lot of Scripture is involved. Start with Romans 9-11. What makes you think Israel and the Church are not separte bodies? Quantrill
Then you need to keep your comments only about the existance of God. And not say something like God would not be faithful to the Jews because of their unfaithfullness. Egypt was not the result of Gods discipline of Israel. Egypt was where God grew the nation of Israel, until the time when He wanted to call them out. Assyria and Babylon were instruments of judgement against Israel for their idolotry. Indeed it was a severe judgement. But it doesn't mean God has cast off Israel forever. He hasn't. His promises are forever. Israel is still the chosen physical people of God on Earth and He will fulfill all his promises to them He has made in the Bible. Don't worry, the Temple will be rebuilt. Quantrill
Yes, signed many times. 'Thus saith the Lord'. Yes, the land is theirs forever. No, the land was not taken from them. God brought judgement upon them. The land is still theirs. No, man cannot take away what God gives. God keeps his promises. How did God break his promise? Israel is there today. Or did you forget? Quantrill
The Palestinians are not innocent, they have chosen Hamas thus they are responsible for their own actions.
God did not threw the Jews out, He punish them for their sins and promise them redemption and forgiveness. That is why the Jews had to fight for their land it is part of their punishment. While the Palestinians stole their land and violated God's law they were eventually punish with the return of the Jews. The Palestinians were given the opprotunity to go where they were instructed to settle and they refused, they even attempted to build a huge tower in order to defy God that tower was the tower of Babel. Muslims have been using Islam as an excuse to wipe out the Jews that has been their number one goal since the 12th century, when they conquered Jerusalem the first thing they do was to build the al aqsa mosque on top of the Temple Mount, they then declare that Mohammed descended to heaven in Jerusalem all these stories and false claims in order to give them the excuse to seize Jerusalem and exterminate Jewish identity and culture.
Redemption and forgiveness came. They just ignore it. Gives them no right to kill and murder innocent people for land. They need to share. Of course I am not trying to say that its solely their fault. Unlike some people around here like to do. But I am saying is that its not just Jewish land. They need to treat everybody the same.
Ephesians 2 There is also another verse I have to find again. Its Paul talking about how we are all grafted into one olive tree witht eh Jews as the foundation. And repeats the same ,Christ breaking down the wall which seperated the Jews and Gentiles.
Indeed, the verses in Ephesians does speak to the Church. But this does not mean God is finished with Israel as a physical nation, and as a people of God. It just describes the Church. The verses about 'grafting' are in Rom.11:13-25. These verses speak to the Gentiles being grafted in to the salvation that was begun with the natural branches of Israel. These verse show that God is not finished with Israel. " For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. " Rom.11:25 Note that word, 'until'. Quantrill
Israel is not running a church. She is running a nation. It is only Israels land. God gave it to her. Quantrill
I agree. Cyrus must have gotten their help at least twice before he sent them back with armed Persian assistance to Jerusalem. Once was when he defeated King Croesus of Lydia--- Croesus had been given bad info about Cyrus' strength and the availability of friendly Babylonian troops. And a second time when he was able to conquer Babylon with apparent inside help. We need to recognize that Jews and Israelites are not exactly the same thing. Some, including the best Jewish historians, would say that Judaism--and hence "Jews"--did not exist as such before the Babylonian captivity.
You tell God that when the blood of innocent Palestinian Christians and Muslims accuse you at yoru judgement/
No tell God, how you believe the whole land is for Jews and only Jews. Tell God how you believe the killing of innocent Christians and Muslims is for him. I am sure Jesus will be proud to here that.
Read what I posted 3 more times and maybe you will see why your comment was irrelevant due to the fact I am not saying it was.
I know what you wrote.. and simply put there were lots of goy (gentiles) in Palestine.. Goy means NATION.
In the days when everybody believed in gods the people living in Palestine believed that there was only one of them, and naturally supposed - as did most peoples - that their occupation of the territory they were in had heavenly backing. As they changed religion to Christian and then (mostly) Muslim they doubtless felt they retained this backing, which is now being challenged by foreign converts to their forebears' religion, Judaism. It would be better - I think - to leave the god bit out and just concentrate on basic law, by which the foreigners have no right to rule whatever.
LOL I know a bit of Hebrew. And I am simply putting, If you could comprehend english, you would know there was no need to comment on my post. I am not a fan of Jew haters.
