Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the standard of proof for scandals allegedly involving Trump and those involving Obama & other Democrat darlings are inverted?

When Trump's the target, making up something Trump supposedly said constitutes proof.

When Obama (or any other Democrat darling) is the focus, all of a sudden the standard of proof is so high it can't be met.

We've seen it for 5 years, and it never seems to fail.

Hillary Clinton was caught laughing maniacally about violent gang rape on more than one occasion, and she repeatedly attacked victims of her serial rapist husband, but none of her allegedly *feminist* supporters cared.

Trump was caught joking about grabbing women if they let him, and he's called a rapist.

    It's surreal.

Trump never said anyone should inject bleach or that Nazis were fine people, but this doesn't matter to those who swear he did say these things.

Obama is indisputably a war criminal, having (among other horrendous crimes) murdered large numbers of children; this is fact.

    But the facts don't matter.

A woman comes out of nowhere to claim a Trump Supreme Court nominee was sexually aggressive with her decades earlier, and the man is said to be a rapist unfit to serve.

A woman who actually worked with Joe Biden claims he sexually assaulted her, and she's attacked, shamed, humiliated and smeared by the very same people who insisted Kavanaugh was a rapist, and Biden supported by the same people who attacked Trump.

    Decency doesn't matter.

    Facts don't matter.

Biden is caught bragging about terrorizing, threatening and extorting in Ukraine, but his supporters don't care, and there are no consequences for his brazen criminal conduct other than being made his party's nominee.

Trump is caught asking the Ukrainian president to look into Biden's outrageous crimes, and he's impeached.

For those who irrationally hate Trump and will support any member of the team which opposes him - no matter how odious or criminal these people may be - reality is 100% subjective.

The reality for far too many is that things that never happened did, and that things that actually happened did not.

When fantasy is fact & reality is fiction for those who irrationally hate Trump, how can one ever have a sane conversation?

The only meaningful truth which can emerge is what I've articulated above; all the rest is caretaking of the delusional.

    Thoughts?
