It's actually been quite the opposite. Truthers have been out in full force, with the No Planers being at the forefront. Kind of telling that the most idiotic of all the truther theories is the one getting the most play recently.

Although lemmings, the animal in real life don't have this characteristic, I believe the term of someone being a lemming means they are being led off a cliff. And this title doesn't fit people who follow conspiracy theorists like Jones or Wood regardless how whacko their beliefs happen to be and regardless how much brainwashing these people do... Because what results from putting on the proverbial tin foil hat? Wasting time perhaps? Just like any hobby. This entire portion What makes you think because someone feels Truther's theories are complete lunacy also AUTOMATICALLY means they would be FOR loss of freedom and government coverup? I actually know quite a few people (including myself) who are completely disgusted by the Patriot Act, the Iraq invasion and ham-fisted attempt involving the WMD's to Saddam, rendition policies and torture, who ALSO think most Truther theories are complete garbage. It does show that some people understand that a government is more than willing to take advantage of a situation which derived from incompetence, inter-agency competition, and simple CYA. It's not an either/or proposition. Just like I wouldn't call you a No Planer unless you actually defended that stupid theory (which I haven't).
