The Congress has really done quite a lot, but it is all waiting on McConnell's desk, and he is pretty much going to hold them until Dems stop trying to impeach his "boss"

Just what do you think Democrats should be doing anyway?

It's why we need an investigation.

What's it got to do with the USA? Why is Trump pressuring foreign powers to investigate the conduct of people in foreign jurisdictions. If Ukraine is concerned about some misbehaviour in Ukraine, that is 100% up to them, not Trump. What was Giuliani doing over there in 2018 and on whose behalf, and why?

You need an investigation to fabricate evidence.

Although I agree with you, there was an "allegation" they interfered with the election.

The allegation is that Russia interfered in the election, not Ukraine.

Yes that I know but I believe there was an "allegation" in the Mueller report that was never followed up....but I could be wrong.

I don't know what 'allegation' you are referring to. The Ukraine thing is solely about the Bidens and $M400 in US aid which was not being paid until 'ball' was 'played' by Ukraine, as it now so obviously is.

I may be wrong, but I think it had to do with Manafort also. All that being said I'm not sure we will ever get to the bottom of this until Articles of Impeachment is delivered to the Senate...then maybe, just maybe we may get undisputable facts and proof

AOC says she's "bored" of this whole impeachment thingy and says she's "over it."

From the polls I seen, Democrats are all in favor of impeachment, Republicans against, independents split with a bunch in either the I don't know or I don't care category.

That pretty well describes me. Trump prevented Hillary from becoming president which in my eyes was probably a good thing in a good news, bad news election. The good news Hillary lost, the bad news, Trump won. Now I have seen the Democrats set out to destroy Trump starting on the day after the election. Because of that I haven't been able to figure out if this is a political vendetta for losing an election or if Trump really needs to be removed for cause.

I think I was moving more toward impeachment instead of don't care until I seen on CNN yesterday they going after Pence basically announcing if they are successful impeaching Trump, they'll impeach Pence next. This moved me back to being closer to the political vendetta reason for the Democrats wanting to impeach Trump.

So I'm back firmly in the don't care column. All of this makes me wonder if the losing party isn't willing to accept an election results have we entered an era where the losing party will attempt to impeach who ever wins?

I'll sit back and let the die hard anti Trumpers and the die hard pro Trumpers fight this out. It interesting entertainment.

Something that I would note is that the first person to involve pence into the Ukraine investigation was Trump.

    To be honest
ID say if your society is that far gone better be careful for civil war. A Tiny spark can escalate fast in such a devided nation and most empire have fallen due to internal strife not outside. You only need a few riots to go out of controle of one side succesfully bombing/shooting the other to start it

(romans never recovered from the civil wars a century before the barbarians showed UP. Read the third century crisis)

If they succeed in getting rid of trump then pence i can totally see major riots atleast at that point and if they fail to tbh(later one probably less armed)
