Suicide bombers three times over the last month targeted Pakistani Christians — first on a bus, then at a hospital and then at a bazaar.

Hugh Iwanicki, a former auditor for the U.S. State Department says these issues are not on the front page of the news because they are not "sexy". Source: Rare.us | Do Christians in the Middle East have a prayer?

We need to work on stoping this type of hate crime. Religion can be a great glue to bring different groups together but here you can see that it is ripping people apart. What can we do to stop this type of crime?

According to the fairy tale in Revelation 6:9-11 the killings will continue until enough Christians have been slain. Right now it seems that more will have to be killed.

When John wrote to “the seven churches that are in Asia” (Revelation 1:4), he stated that Christ had loosed them from their sins by his blood and made them “to be a kingdom” (1:6). Further, he was with them in that kingdom (1:9).

Not everyone believe that Revelation was written to predict the distant future.

Stop your crusades against Muslim countries, and stop backing the Nazis occupying Palestine. Obvious really.

I guess you offer similar advice to Western Muslims complaining against discrimination following the Westgate terror attack, eh?

Too bad East Timor is not in the ME.

Tell me what I'm looking up.

Regardless, anti-Muslim attacks in the West are miniscule to anti-Christian violence in the Muslim world.

So I ask again, do you offer the same advice to Muslims whining about internet posts you give Christians after suicide attacks on churches?

Don't go to Pakistan if you're Christian? I mean, Pakistan is pretty much hell on Earth for most people, a third world nation where the main ambition of anyone having any is usually to leave. If you're not born there, why on Earth would anyone want to go?

Missionaries get to me. I don't know of ANY big religion that actually requires you to go to any country where missionary work is illegal, but they regularly go on their own anyway. I have never understood the Martyr Complex.

Stick to Muslims. You had at least a million murdered in Indonesia, you invaded the Lebanon and Somalia, killing vast numbers, you illegally invaded Iraq to a vast death-toll you kept secret, you spend vast sums on murdering Muslim children (and many others) in Palestine, and you are murdering more and more in Yemen and Pakistan, before we even begin to calculate the numbers you are murdering in Afghanistan. Be ashamed and shut up your drivelling nonsense!

The United States murdered millions in Indonesia.

Really? And which Islamic group is 'avenging' their deaths?

Give me a death toll of the 'Muslims' killed by America in these conflicts; I'll compare it to the number of Christians Muslim majority nations killed in Sudan, Indonesia and the Muslim conquests of Christian lands.

You do realize that the last Muslim conquest in the West was in the 1600's and that the vast majority if conquests in your link were not against Christians, right?

You do realize the vast majority of the crusades were more than 5 centuries ago and re-took only a fraction of the land taken in the Muslim conquests of Christian territory, right?

So the Christian conquests of Egypt and the Middle East following WWI don't count?

What about Christian conquests of Muslim territories in Asia and Africa during the 18th and 19th centuries?

Also, why do you count all Muslim attacks on anyone against them but only count Christian attacks on Muslims against Christians. Christians have massacred millions of Hindus, Buddhists, animists, pagans, etc. in addition to Muslims. Why don't those count?

Did you not read the post to which I responded mentioning the Crusades?

And which nation colonizing previous Christian lands following WWI was doing so in the name of Christianity? France?

Sorry, I'm not mentioning Muslim attacks against Buddhists or animists or Hindus, but only Christians.

That's why I specifically mentioned East Timor and Christian fatalities in southern Sudan during the North-South civil war, and the Muslim conquests that claimed 2/3 of Christian held territory.

Southern Sudan is mostly animist.. The Christians were kidnapping their children.. Do you remember the name John Garang.. He called himself a Christian Marxist.

So, IIRC, approximately 20% of the casualties in southern Sudan during the last civil war were Christian*. Over one million died from the south.

That would indicate there were how many Christian deaths inflicted by the Muslim government?

    * Source will be provided upon receipt of source for Jizya being less than Zakat.

Most Christian Sudanese who could leave moved north because there were roads, schools, jobs and hospitals.

Oh I am not challenging your numbers..

The SPLA was NOT an ally of the Sudanese govt... and they were famous for kidnapping children.

I'm not familiar w/ the Civil wars, but I knew the SPLA were not allied w/ the government.

I was referring, and assuming, the government had militias loyal to them during the war, similar to the janjaweed in Darfur.

Sigh. Since I mentioned Darfur, I'm sure you're not going to read/comprehend my post and lecture me that Darfur was not part of the North-South Civil war, and Muslims were involved on both sides.

Darfur is about water and grazing land.
