Im wondering how many true believers in Globsl warming and all it's nasty predictions eat this stuff. Have you forsaken meat and now eat fake meat to save the planet or are you still eating big juicy burgers?

And how much energy was required to produce the chemicals and crap that are in the fake burger.We were a relatively slim in shape nation until the early 70'swhen we began filling the interior aisles of our super market with man made products filled with artificial ingredients and high fructose corn syrup.You can thank the right wing tricky dicky administration for that.

I have had Morning Star veggie burgers and they were alright..

 

This stuffs way better but also very expensive. If you are a warmer you should definitely spring for it though. It cuts your C02 footprint dramatically.

 

Rarely do I carry a CO2 monitor around with me.

 

If you believe mans warming the planet with his C02 then you should eat this fake meat. It will dramatically reduce your carbon footprint and do other good things for the real environment too which I know warmers don't care about but still....

You realize, of course, that vegetables tend to cause flatulence more than meat.. Whether humans eat the vegetables or cows eat the grass, someone or something is going to fart somewhere. Seems to be self defeating

Of course. But that has nothing to do with the taste of Morning Star burgers. I raise beef for a living. And I’ve eaten faux burgers. And I’m glad the planet is warming because I like to eat!

 

So it’s the foods fault for why people are disgusting fat loads? Bull. People are fat because they are lazy. It’s simple science, if you eat more calories than you burn you’ll be a fat f**k. At 52 yrs old I’m still lean because I exercise 5 days a week and been doing so since I was 16. People need to stop blaming food and get off their lazy a55 and start exercising.

 

You can say that however I choose to believe it was capitalists. Just like capitalists have trained the younger generation to be addicted to SmartPhones and social media. That is the thing about elite level capitalists, they are gods at discovering what people want..... even if the people don't realize that they want those things yet.

 

This has been interesting for me. Apparently this fake meat is very popular and when the company recently went public the IPO nearly tripled immediately. Somebody is eating it and I assumed it was warmers wanting to save the planet but judging by the response in here it's not them and I'm assuming its vegetarians and vegans that have health concerns about eating meat. I tried this fake meat and it's actually very good but I wouldn't say it replaced real hamburger. It does taste hamburger like though and is definitely superior to the average veggie burgers out there.
