Trump was a Democrat most of his life, but yet those life long Republicans are the liberals because they oppose Trump, lol.

So, what you're saying is Trump switches political parties to whatever suits his agenda at any given moment?

probably explains why he was a Democrat during the Bush years, wanting Nancy Pelosi to impeach him, and "suddenly" he becomes a republican "patriot" when Obama won, LOL.

I honestly don't believe you can name another President that has worked harder than Trump. You may not like him and some of his policies but he has been more transparent than any President of the past. Hell he has done more for minorities in 4 years than Biden has done in 47 years. You guys keep trying to shoot him down.:machinegun: What are using Nerf balls, or , is he the Teflon Don? :nana: Don't you guys ever get tired like  Joe of beating your head against the wall.:wall:

    Neither do I......
but his core of supporters would not support him in what could be one of the most effective outreaches to directly address racism at its heart and core.

I just wonder why a man in his late 60's who HATED Bush and Republicans, and was praising Hillary Clinton and Democrats, decided to one day become a Republican and suddenly starting saying his old friend Hillary belonged in jail. Seems a bit "opportunistic", no?

Trump is not a 'racist'... he places little importance on the whole subject area, and like many of the generation that is now over 60 years old, he grew up understanding that Dr. Martin Luther King was right in calling for an essentially 'color-blind' society.

In the mind of an old, successful capitalist like Trump, focusing on something like 'racism' is a bullshit political diversion from paying attention to the ECONOMY, which is much more challenging, relevant, and important.

Trump is a racist who is clueless about the economy.

Even before Covid19 Trump was racking up massive debt with debt increasing at > 2 x GDP growth.

Since Covid19 debt has become massive and will continue unrestrained debt growth as long as Trump remains in office.

I haven't cared much at all for Trump's handling of the economy as far as the Middle Class is concerned. All his efforts have been directed to jacking up the stock markets, even though that has meant sh!tting all over people who have money in savings accounts in banks, S&L's, and credit unions. How? By pushing and shoving constantly for the Federal Reserve central banks to crush interest rates to zero -- and he's been doing that constantly starting back in December 2018 -- long before the 'virus' thing.

But he's no 'racist'. Why would he waste time wanting to be a 'racist'...? There's no stock market advantage in being a 'racist', and THAT is all Trump cares about!

The most racist thing I've heard him say is that all hispanic judges should have to recuse themselves from trying any of his cases.

On September 18, 1858 at Charleston, Illinois, Lincoln told the assembled audience:

I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races, that I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality ... I will add to this that I have never seen, to my knowledge, a man, woman, or child who was in favor of producing a perfect equality, social and political, between negroes and white men.

African American abolitionist Frederick Douglass, for his part, remained very skeptical about Lincoln’s intentions and program, even after the p[resident issued a preliminary emancipation in September 1862.

Douglass had good reason to mistrust Lincoln. On December 1, 1862, one month before the scheduled issuing of an Emancipation Proclamation, the president offered the Confederacy another chance to return to the union and preserve slavery for the foreseeable future. In his annual message to congress, Lincoln recommended a constitutional amendment, which if it had passed, would have been the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution.

The amendment proposed gradual emancipation that would not be completed for another thirty-seven years, taking slavery in the United States into the twentieth century; compensation, not for the enslaved, but for the slaveholder; and the expulsion, supposedly voluntary but essentially a new Trail of Tears, of formerly enslaved Africans to the Caribbean, Central America, and Africa.

Oh? Got any examples of Trump mouthing "racism" specifically? Funny how nobody but Leftists are aware of it, but don't you think a bright fellow like Dr. Ben Carson might notice it...? :confusion:

He was a GOP for many years. The problem is and I seen it was the GOP started moving left and thought that conservatives were not needed. Trump showed the GOP that conservatives and the Christian right is how the GOP can win elections

He won't do it. Like most libs, the usual method is to 'snipe-and-run', without providing any relevant proof of anything....

Why would Trump want to cultivate an image as a 'racist' anyway...? He already knew that, as a Conservative, he would automatically lose 95% of the black vote to whatever Democrat was running for anything -- whether it's president, dog-catcher, or everything else....

I guess I just don't see how coming out as some kind of 'negro-hating racist' would help Trump with anybody but the lowest dregs of white trash, maybe, and there aren't very many of them left in this country....
