What are they involved in RIGHT NOW, oh the Healthcare law which has the states as plaintiffs and the federal government as defendant, we're wasting millions of state and federal dollars arguing this in courts when only one court has jurisdiction, "The Supreme Court", has origional (Constitutional) jurisdiction passing it off on lesser courts is BS.
