They can't decide on what wasn't brought to the court and if it wasn't brought to the court it either doesn't exist or the case filed was defective/deficient in the first place. You haven't made any point. These judges have given tremendous leeway. In any other typical case, these attorneys would have been sanctioned for bringing these cases to court without evidence. Indeed I believe two lawsuits were withdrawn and at least one attorney resigned in order to save their reputation.

Agreed that no effort should be spared but that doesn't include going on a wild goose chase without any basis. No compelling reason, no need for any investigation, it's as simple as that. What you assert is not a compelling reason to investigate a wild conspiracy theory concocted from thin air. In this case seemingly concocted to hedge the nutjob-in-chief's bet in case he lost. Again if there was any evidence it would have been thoroughly investigated and the evidence would have been splashed all over the place. He had more than enough time to get the alleged massive fraud investigated and provide the evidence. After all he's been screaming fraud for months prior to the election.

Intervene how and why? Courts don't "intervene", the judge studies the facts, evidence and arguments presented. He/she only intervenes if and when something is out of order and only for that particular situation. You claim you "suspect you know more about how the judicial system works than I do" but you show you really don't have a clue how it works.
