That's because he scratched a particularly purulent sore in the US' past.

That being said, yeah, I think it's a bit over the top.

Even more unlikely that Sterling would have won.

I think it also has to do with his comments towards Michael Jordan and AIDS.

That still doesn't register on my "give a (*)(*)(*)(*)" meter. Hell, Michael Vicks did worse with making dogs fight and people still let him come back and play but yet it's Sterling who is the most hated man in America? That is just all kinds of petty and retarded.

Well, he is in America. Thanks for reminding us though. Maybe we should send him back.

Sterling is a wealthy dimwit. He has mental health issues. Frankly, I pity the man.

That is bizarre, but if you ask this same question in two months it will probably be someone else.

While I agree Sterling is obviously a POS, being the most hated man in America does show the priorities of the country.

People are so absolutely terrified of looking any kind if racist that they churn out polls like these.

Well, in the end it registered on someone's meter. A lot of people.

And I think those people are stupid.

Editor's note: had an exhausting last week and this one isn't shaping up to be any better. Tired and grumpy and taking it out on everything. Anything pissy I say should be taken with a grain of salt and possibly asked about later for a more level headed answer.

Don't worry about it. Let it all out. That's what online forums are for.

Not a good idea. Their is a point where I get so tired that practically every other word is (*)(*)(*)(*). Not because I'm foul mouthed(which by the way I (*)(*)(*)(*)ing am)but because I reach a level where I can't think of any other word and (*)(*)(*)(*) is substituted for everything. I don't think it would go to well in a thread where partisan intolerance is the topic and I just jump in with the f bomb for every single word. "F'in f'ers f'ing around with f'ing f f's who f with f f'ers".

It's better to express your feelings then bottle them up. I seem to remember a certain German poster who came up with a thread a few days ago that took PF by storm.

I'm not bottling them up, I just know that when people are tired they sometimes say things that they don't necessarily mean and I'm no exception. I just figured I would add a disclaimer incase I did end up saying something that I normally wouldn't.

And that was a pretty awesome thread.

Alright, just remember you can say stuff here without people judging you. And yes, that thread was awesome.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

    These people are beyond pathetic.

Sterling might be hated but the guy is a freaking genius. He's getting $2 Billion for a lousy basketball team that he bought for just $12.5 Million ($32,775,000 in 2014). The team has never won a championship or even a division title. It's all-time winning percentage is just 38.2%.

So because he's in debt with his real estate portfolio he comes up with a clever way to dump the Clippers at a super premium price. And everyone jumps on the bandwagon and the price shoots through the roof. If he had tried to sell the team without the controversy he would have gotten a pittance.

The Chicago Bulls are valued at just $1 Billion.http://www.forbes.com/teams/chicago-bulls/
