That isn't the question.

It's a collector's item. It's not being sold as something to prove your loyalty to America or to Carter. It's being sold because it's rare or unique.

I'm also willing to bet that Carter isn't seeing a dime from this.

Why is Trump hawking his bible? It sure as hell isn't because he believes in it. His entire life is the anti-thesis of what Christians claim the Bible stands for.

Of course the money will go to Trump. IF he was doing this for Charity......he would be bragging about that. Mind you, with all his finances being stretched due to his legal issues......he can be his own "charity".
Gotta hand it to him. When it comes to money.....there is no scheme that he won't try.

 

He has cheated (and lied) in his private life (marriage) , his business, his so called university, his so called "charity , etc. There is not an honest bone in that mans body. Integrity is a stranger to him. Bibles are sold in religious stores. The issue seems to be his MOTIVE. His motive is selfish and self centered. Bad taste , uncouth behavior is not illegal. It seems the line most consider the defining line of social conduct is "legal" Ethics and standards don't matter. Using a political slogan on his bibles is very distasteful...........but not illegal .His supporters will happily buy his bible and add to his coffers. IF he was not a rich person..... that might be different. But being (and bragging ) about being rich...makes this even more unseemly.
