    The announcement is here:

COWARD Trump Hit with DEVASTATING ORDER in Case Against Michael Cohen - YouTube

Or the video directly here in PF:

What is most interesting is that in this case, Trump is the PLAINTIFF, not the defendant, and yet he and his team have refused to respond to Cohen's attorneys about discovery, including a mandatory deposition.

And since Trump's team has absolutely refused to budge, even say a word, the judge has ordered that Cohen gets to decide the location and start time of the deposition that must happen on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, and that deposition is allowed to go as long at 9 hours.

And since this is a civil case, just as in the rape case brought against Trump by E. Jean Carroll, the video of the deposition will be available not all too long afterward for public viewing, because that's the law in New York state.

Again, Trump is the PLAINTIFF, here, and yet he is running away from a mandatory deposition. It would be even weirder for a PLAINTIFF to have to plead the 5th amendement in a case that he himself brought against someone else.

What a *****, that Trump guy.

Trump knows he'd be the one doing prison time if he confronted Cohen. So he dropped the charges. NOBODY would have been happier for Trump to continue his lawsuit that Cohen.

Trump knows himself and know that, as the pathological liar that he is, he cannot stop himself from lying. Not good when you're under oath and in a case against somebody who knows ALL your business crimes.

The revengeful "***** Ass Bitch" Trump said he'll refile the defamation suit after prevailing in the "witch hunt" cases against him.
Someone best tell him that it's obvious he won't ever be refiling the suit. lol

The delightful part of this is that Cohen can now turn around and sue Dubious Donald for malicious prosecution, for an incredible sum of money, larger than the 500,000,000 smackeroos that Trump wanted. Just because Trump (who still calls himself "The President" - jeez) dropped the case "without prejudice" does not mean that he is not liable.

And all the times that he ducked out of a depostion when HE was the plaintiff, which is just plain old ****ing weird, this is something that the judge in Florida has already noticed and will consider in a counter-suit.

Trump had accused Cohen of “disparaging” him “through myriad public statements, including the publication of two books, a podcast series, and innumerable mainstream media appearances,” the complaint said.

I read one of the books, "Disloyal." Cohen is a lousy writer but he gets the message across. Trump was indeed disparaged.....by the truth.
