So, looks like the court filing finally let's us know what laws the 34 felony counts are based upon, NY Election Law 17-152, NY Tax Law 1801(a)(3) & 1802, NY Penal Law 175.05 & 175.10, and Federal Election Campaign Act, 52 USC 30101.

I know it seems like small potatoes for a President, but there will be more to come soon in GA and from the Special Counsel's investigation, not to mention the NY State $250 million lawsuit, and the one he was just found liable for sexual abuse and defamation and fined $5 million, and when Trump will be in the legal thick of things, this hush money probe will be forgotten.

On the Lawrence O'donnell show Ty Cobb, Trump's former lawyer, said (paraphrased) that 'The feds are coming and Trump is going to jail"

More details about the allegations facing Donald Trump in the case over his alleged payment of hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels were revealed on Tuesday in a court filing by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Trump was arrested and arraigned last month on 34 counts of falsifying business records, which he denies, making him the first former U.S. president to face criminal charges. These are normally misdemeanor charges but can be upgraded to a felony if there's another crime involved. Trump pleaded not guilty to the charges and has denied any wrongdoing.
