Once again John Solomon digs up the news that you will not hear from the fake CNN, etc. crowd... I will imagine the left heads exploding as more of this come out about the fake Russian hoax being just that... a hoax

""The revelation means that the FBI first fired former MI6 agent Christopher Steele, the author of the Hillary Clinton-funded dossier, as a human source in November 2016 for having unauthorized contacts with the news media. And it then turned around a few months later and hired Steele's primary informer to work with the bureau even after determining some of Danchenko's statements in the Steele dossier were uncorroborated or exaggerated.""

"In March 2017, the FBI signed the defendant up as a paid confidential human source of the FBI," Durham's unsealed court filing disclosed for the first time. "The FBI terminated its source relationship with the defendant in October 2020. As alleged in further detail below, the defendant lied to FBI agents during several of these interviews."

Probably time to get past this. We already know the whole thing was scam generated by the Clinton campaign. We are beating a dead horse. Let's concentrate on fixing current problems.

The FBI has been using paid informants forever.

it's only bad when they do it to get evidence against someone we like.

The FBI paid and colluded with a foreign agent to interfere and affect the 2016 election.... The same thing they accused Trump of...

You can call it election interference if you want, that isn't supported by the evidence.

What would you call it when you try to influence voters by way of false information?

Putin and the KGB must be laughing their ass off at how well penetrated the US Security Apparatus is.

Sibel Edmonds pointed out 20 years ago how thoroughly the Turks had infiltrated the FBI and Congress, now it seems the Russians have done the same. A sad day for the US.

Let me phrase this B/S narrative this way, Durham couldn't tie his shoes with this or any other case on the this partisan drivel of a topic. It's more partisan gas lighting to clog the disinformation zone with nonsense to try to smear the FBI re Trump before the mid terms. LMK, when he wins a case on this topic or someone pleads it out. Five years is around the corner, new phone who that??!!!

Very true! Its also true that currently, they are partisan owned DOJ and only being used against one side. but if we pretend that doesn't exist, your statement alone = 100% true, of course we dont' like when it happens to someone we like but none of that justifies this new 2-tier justice system

It is surprising but I have to disagree. That the whole Russia thing was a hoax is vehemently and incessantly denied by the politicians currently in power. The current problem is the same as that behind the "hoax" and that is the government weaponizing agencies like the DOJ to do political battle with their opposition. The horse is not dead. It is alive, well, ferocious, and a tyrannus rex.

I agree... letting bad behavior by the left go unaddressed only means it will be tried again..and again... the House will be Republicans in Nov... they will have to do what is right and start defunding the DOJ and let Trump come in 2024 and clean house.

They’re wrapping it up. GJ term has expired and evidently a report will soon follow. Go figure. A forty million dollar expedition down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theory produced nothing.

Don’t worry the report will confirm suspicions and fuel more than enough nonsense to keep our fanatics occupied.

Nothing wrong with disagreement. There isn't anything we can do about the horse whether living or dead. What politicians say is meaningless or should be meaningless to everyone. That they play politics is normal for them. I'd rather work on keeping government from messing up the economy and protecting the borders and improving law and order. What we really need from government is a lot less of it.

I fully agree with the sentiment, but it misses the point. I agree that working to keep the government from messing up the economy, protecting the borders, and improving law enforcement is extremely important but it is a close second behind keeping the government from taking away our freedom and liberty while upending the republic in the process. It is the latter that is the focus and purpose of beating the dead or alive horse.

Agreed, however, beating the dead horse won't change the government's course. It is dead set on installing wokeness and socialism and it won't stop until it is forced to stop. Beating the horse won't force anything. We are down to elections or civil war. Elections never fix anything. So do you want to start a conflict?

It's a start, like practicing free throws before the championship game.
I hinted at such in another post but the moderators deleted it.

Probably wise. However remember the Viet Cong who beat up on the most powerful country in the face of the earth, and the rag tag revolutionaries who defeated the most powerful military in the world. Just keep butting that dam!

Viet Nam was the perfect example of the stupidity of running a war from thousands of miles away from the battlefield. We still do it. We never learned. American revolutionaries were motivated and motivation is the strongest weapon any army has. Just look at the Ukraine war.
