    Special Counsel John Durham asserted in a court filing Friday that the CIA concluded data from Clinton campaignlawyer Michael Sussmann alleging coordination between Donald Trump and Russia was "not technically plausible" and was "user created."

    In the filing, Durham responded to objections from Sussmann’s defense regarding what evidence could be admissible at Sussmann's trial, which is scheduled to begin next month. Sussmann is accused of lying to the FBI by saying he was not attending a meeting on behalf of a particular client when he was actually presenting the information on behalf of the HIllary Clinton campaign and a technology executive with whom he worked.

    Durham in February first revealed that the government would establish during trial that among the data "exploited" was domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to "a particular healthcare provider, Trump Tower, Donald Trump's Central Park West apartment building, and the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP)."….

    I    t seems that Hillary is about to be exposed. She has committed crimes with her campaign using this lawyer the way that they did. The prosecutor has a powerful case against Sussman. It will be interesting to see if Sussman turns over info on others in exchange for leniency.

    LMAO…trump had his head stuck up putin’s ass for four years, to the detriment of our country.
    That seditious malignant narcissist is also a quisling.
    Had he managed to steal the election, he would be backing putin’s invasion of Ukraine and attacking our allies for supporting Zelensky, who refused to invent dirt on Biden when trump demanded it.
    There’s nothing too petty or treasonous for trump to do when he is nursing a grudge.

    The part I don't understand is why they completely ignore anything and everything about his decades long criminal and fraudulent history with actual evidence but they lap up "widespread election fraud" and "these little random droplets" of meaningless garbage with nothing but a couple of quotes. I would bet the farm he had a hand in this "leaking out". It's so damn transparent.

    I am in favor of anybody who commited a PROVABLE Crime to be prosecuted fully.
    Hillary is toast, for sure.
    But, being 75 years old, she will most likely be spared hard time at Supermax.

    Durham provided to the Court two sets of notes related to Sussmann’s representations to the CIA. The first was from Sussmann’s January 31, 2017 contacts with a CIA employee where Sussmann discussed wanting to provide to the CIA data on “the presence and activity of a unique Russian made phone around President Trump.” It was said that this secret activity started in April 2016 and continued after Trump’s “move to the White House.”...

    ...At a minimum, this confirms what we reported nearly two months ago: that the Trump transition data was passed to the CIA. Yet it’s also more than that. The CIA was provided with data all the way back from April 2016...

    ...The CIA reviewed the Trump/YotaPhone data (and the Alfa Bank data) in early 2017. The fact that the CIA accepted this data on President Trump is its own scandal. In any event, the CIA’s findings are significant, as they concluded that the data was not “technically plausible” and was “user created and not machine/tool generated.”

    So they created this entire fake scenario first to try and effect the outcome of the election, fake evidence, fake statements got high officials in the government to go along, got the MSM to go along then tried to use that fake story to get a sitting President charged with a crime and removed from office including a two year investigation by a special prosecutor and you are OK with that as long as they skirted the law?
