Chinese military people tend to look at what happened in the world economy over these past two years very differently than we do here in Canada or anywhere in the free world. The Chinese do have some brilliant economists who know that the USA Military Complex cannot be financed if America shuts down their economy....... so...... China's military leaders tend to look at these past two years as being a huge win for China so.......... .... we cannot expect the leadership of China to behave in a manner that we would expect of how things work in the USA or Canada or Europe.
