I see plenty of them on interstates. Every day.

And repeating your outdated assertions does not make them true.

    Sure you do.
If you see them "every day" then you're seeing them on a beltway or commuter route, as I said, unless you're a long-haul trucker.

I told you a thousand times not to exaggerate. LOL
According to Google the first gas station to open was 1905 and in that year only 25,000 automobiles were produced in the USA.

A Prius is a hybrid, NOT and all electric car. There is a BIG difference. The battery for an all electric has to be much larger.

And you "Biden-ers" have done very poor planning for these electric vehicles that the Biden puppet team is driving down our throats. You don't have nearly enough charging stations. You are not planning on how to expand the electric grid so that it can support them. Even in climate crazy California, officials are telling EV owners to charge them on off-peak hours because there is not enough power to handle it during the day.

A week or so ago, your guys came up with half baked plan to force the heavy trucking industry into EVs. It was not a proposal but A DEMAND. You have no idea how much that will drive up the cost of EVERYTHING.

I used to respect people with PhDs and the like, but no more. They act like they are the stupidest people on the planet with more than their share of arrogance. You have to figure all aspects of A SYSTEM when you make radical proposals. You can't just demand change with one part, EVs, and not consider how to support them and what they will do to the economy.

BTW I have a Master's Degree, so I am not "ignorant."

Here's something to think about -- how will our Army, Navy, & Airforce defend the USA if all vehicles, all ships, all tanks, and all aircraft have to be electric?

This is why Old Joe might be out on January 20, 2025. Worker job losses are one thing, but everyone is impacted by having EVs stuffed down our throats. The technology isn't ready for prime time.

I'm going to buy a ICE Toyota before they disappear.

I'm waiting for the day there are enough EVs on the road that a vicious blizzard will see many of them run out of electricity and block the highway.

    A huge problem EV advocates.
Retrofitting apartment buildings to support vehicle chargers is another problem.
Yes, and the problem will get worse if they force people to but EVs.
    They're bought--or trolling.

I think you're placing more importance and relevance on EVs than they are actually due. Nobody really cares about them outside of internet comment sections. If you don't like them, chances are you don't have one.

What percentage of car owners don't have a garage space that they own or control?

In this suburban location, the neighbors who have EVs all have chargers installed in their garages. It's common to see their EVs in the driveway with the cord leading back into the garage. I think they are a little hesitant to charge them in the garage.

So EV owners in rural, small town, and suburban locations most often have a place where they can install overnight charging.

However, in more urban settings a large percentage of people rent in a variety of situations, and if their rental has a garage, they have no control over whether to install EV charging. In more congested urban settings, rentals either come with outside lot parking or no parking spaces at all. In the latter case, people park on the street, alleys, etc. These people would have to charge their EVs at public fast chargers, which practically don't exist today.

The problem today is using the power of government to force everyone to eat liver and onions because it's good for you.

When just 2/3 of Americans own their own home, we have to subtract all those who live in condos and those renting homes.
    Yes, with good reason.
I'd like to hear from EV proponents how this will all work.
