If Sth Africa winds up like Zimbabwe it will be nothing more than a collection of
tribes, all fighting each other. Democracy will be farcical because people will just
vote for their tribes. And not only whites, but Indians and Chinese will be driven
out of the country.
And where will the "anti apartheid protestors" be? Busy finding some other white
injustice.

As I mentioned, it is quite the same in Iran. And not surprisingly so, as countries which were important centers of more ancient civilizations, will show more diversity and diverse contacts than those who more recently have gone through the process and still experiencing their growing pains in the process. Or those who have been outside those centers and have not had the same degree of interaction as a result.

This chart from an article in Discover magazine focuses on a few nationalities -- and the colors used basically gives you a sense regarding the genetic variety and backgrounds of different people in Europe and Southwest Asia. Sometimes, those nations which are most fierce in their antagonisms and such, have the most common genetic heritage otherwise. For instance, while the "Bedouin Arabs" (considered more representative of "real Arabs") have a sufficiently distinguishable genetic background compared to Iranians, most people in Iraq and Syria have very similar genetic maps as the people in Iran (and, more broadly, to the other peoples around the region, including the Armenians, Turks and Greeks). This despite the huge cultural divide between Persians and "Arabs". Similarly, while the relationship between the people of Turkey and the Armenians and Greeks have been quite troubled to say the least, as I understand it, the Armenians and Greeks are ultimately more similar overall in their genetic distribution to the people of Turkey (and to a slightly lesser extent Iran) than they are to practically anyone else.

Especially in the US, the richest nation on the planet. Poverty elimination in the US would be a simple task requiring minor changes to treasury and central bank rules. The neoliberal system that channels resources to the top has sucked you in, to your own and the US's social harmony and economic detriment ...

 

No, we need to ditch the indifferent centre, the centre that tolerates poverty and incarceration rates overwhelming affecting blacks in the US and Australia.

The "centre", regardless of political colour, stands to be condemned. Both the US and Australia are rich enough to end ALL poverty within a decade.

The actual problem is the obsolete neoliberal, bankster-funded economic system which remorselessly channels resources to the top.

 

Racism is never strictly about race. African American tensions with South Koreans in some cities
is more about economics - the Koreans now own businesses that other minorities sold off as they
moved up the socio-eco ladder.
Even attacks on Jews is never exactly racist.
In Sth Africa there's the usual tension between Zulu and Xhosa, locals against immigrants, para-
military against white farmers etc..
I know quite a few Europeans who left Sth Africa due to crime and fading opportunities. Some of
their stories have stunned me.

The content of my post was to highlight your race baiting. I didn't just pick a name and throw it up there. Just Google any of those cities listed and research the quality of their education system, violent crime, economic base and population loss. We can all do better but it has to start in the communities involved. I seen the destruction of my city (Detroit) and it still hasn't recovered. I still have relatives who live there and even stayed in the city. The majority of my neighborhood was destroyed and abandoned. The leaders raped the city so bad that one of my sisters had to take a major haircut on her city pension and benefits. I left for a better life for my family. I now live in what I consider a very diverse city of mixed neighborhoods. The standard of living is average to above.

2020 so far.

Chicago: Shootings - 1,260 (The majority black involved)
Homicides - 256 (How many names have been important enough to cause protests and riots ?)
Blacks killed by police - 3

USA: Police killings

White - 172
Black - 89

On the U.S. census, there is no Middle-Eastern or Arabic "race". Immigrants from the Middle East are counted as "White". I understand that they have been trying unsuccessfully to add a new census category for themselves, as they could get more benefits as an under-served minority group.

I can. America. We have successful CEO's like Herman Cain. Successful Surgeons like Ben Carson. Outspoken, intelligent pundits like Candace Owens, all who help to build this country in spite of the victim/polarization due to the color of skin portrayed by the statists whose dream is to divide and conquer. Sociologist yypes like to compare human beings to animals in their studies with words such as "tribal instincts" to debase and lower humanity into a "tribal cesspool".

We are far better than that and examples are laid out for those willing to become responsible citizens and prosper as individuals.

 

Not entirely, a lot of racism is based on how people act in manner that is well outside the norms of society. When a person acts more like a rabid animal than a human it is quite normal and not racist to consider that person to be a subhuman species which needs to be caged for the remainder of it's life and in the U.S. we have entire communities filled with such subhumans.
