Isn't that odd that you always see the same few posters doing their BEST to try to defend any and all conspiracies, and place the sole conspirator on the government and Obama?

I mean they don't buy into ANY rational explanation... they believe and defend EVERY SINGLE THING the conspiracy theorists promote.

    Interesting huh?

Ever think that they are actually on the government's payroll to promote conspiracy theories to divert our attention away from what is really happening? Eh? Logical?

Yes, I think so. There is a vast conspiracy to promote vast conspiracy to divert our attention from the conspiracy that is actually going down.

What makes you think they aren't paid by Al Qaeda and the like to build sympathy for them for being falsely accused? Makes as much sense as their claim anyone who doesn't agree with them is paid by the government.....

Your explanation about the government makes sense as well. The conspiracy theorists certainly display the mindset needed for your typical government job. ;-)

Maybe creating conspiracy posts is a conspiracy, to fill our minds with skepticism so that we overlook the real conspiracy that there is no conspiracy.

Both Al Qaeda and Hitler are involved on this one.

The only logical conclusion is that they are Chinese agents bent on sowing discord within the US. Notice how many of them don't appear to be native English speakers? Coincidence? I think not.

This thread is a conspiracy to divert attention away from conspiracies.

Yes, I have noticed that. I was contemplating starting a thread on the same topic. I'm curious if the believers accept ALL of them or if there are some happenings that they just accept happened. It seems like every cataclysmic event in US history was planned/caused/put into motion by the government.

Naw. I just think they're paranoid. And some are a little crazy.

Well the Chinese government ain't gettin' their money's worth, that's for sure.

I think it has more to do with the fact that most people with a predisposition to believe all of the illogical conspiracy arguments just aren't very intelligent or literate and it shows in their writing as well.

It is human nature to fill in the gaps when all evidence is not available. An example is when people did not understand the reason that others went crazy, they interpreted it to be witchcraft.

Is it also human nature to reject all new evidence that comes to light that is contrary to one's view?

In the days of the Salem witch trials, were there people purporting that the government was responsible for others going crazy?

No, it is just without knowledge of the facts, people fill in the blanks with what they imagine.

You know how spam makes up something like 80% of email?

I think trolls make up roughly the same percentage of forum posters.
