Like the rest of us, Biden is fighting a common enemy and his name is Father Time. No doubt some people fight that battle better than others, and heck, many people never even reach Biden's age. However, there is a public perception problem Biden has to deal with and that's his physical frailty and his mental issues - the guy doesn't take questions, hold press conferences and can't think on the fly. People, not just Americans, but also people around the world see him falling apart and I'm sure every foreign adversary is eyeballing him to see how much they can get away with, things like 'minor incursions' and stuff like that.

I think every person on the planet wants their leader to project strength, both physically and mentally. Sadly for Biden, he is not that guy.
