"If the new find withstands the scrutiny of other scientists" is hardly the same as making a claim with any degree of certainty. If anything, the guy in the article is more credible than yourself because he acknowledges that he isn't some final authority on understanding the evidence. Compare that to your constant assertions that you have somehow proven evolution to be false, despite ample evidence to the contrary. So, to modify my previous question, why should we take you seriously and not the guy in the article when you're both essentially doing the same thing, though he is more honest about his authority on the subject?

And why didn’t you answer the questions dealing with why you would believe a theory if that theory isn’t proven… Why did you skip that one Burz?

What has actually has happened is I have about 30 accounts here on PF.com. I'm Grasping, rs199, Burz, Goldwater, Ak, Nullity - the whole Peanut Gallery! And what I have done is just argued with myself over these past 1000 days! I have posting things like Evolution IS Speciation - only for me to prove myself wrong!!

Do you really think all life forms simply popped into existence as they are? If stars and galaxies evolve why can't animals and plants?

 

I doubt you'll find many scientists who agree that galaxies "evolve" in the same meaning of the word as animals and plants "evolve".

A simple basic understanding about science is that one cannot ever prove a theory.

But yet you talk about proving a theory. Why is that? Do you actually not know that its impossible to prove a theory?

Do you think it might be suitable to start with some of the most basic understandings before trying to present that you know more and are more intelligent than all the scientist in the world with (falsehoods) like your claim that you have proven that ToE is "retarded"?

Okay, here is my two hypothesis. The world is alive, it is God and Heaven and Hell work here as the poles. Good and Evil is nothing more than positive and negative energy. One cannot exist without the other and that is what keeps God alive which is our Earth. That is why every ecosystem works to perfection - because the Earth (God) wills it to work.

My other hypothesis is Klingon's transported all the animals to our planet first to get them adjusted to our atmosphere. They went back to get entire race of Klingons and return to Earth when they were attacked by Romulans! It was a fierce battle and not many survived. The Volkans watched in the distance as the two races destroyed each other. But, little did they know that the Romulans and Klingon's equally hating the Vulcans had already sent projectiles to Vulcan to destroy the planet since they knew that this battle would devastate each others forces and they didn't want a bunch of Spock's telling them what to do. When the battle was over there were only a few survivors of each race... they usually kept away from each other, but incidents did happen. The Klingons went into extinction and we call them Neanderthals now. The Romulans and Vulcans finally decided that they weren't going anywhere so they started to live together. And the first Vulcan and Romulan marriage was Adam and Eve...

It would be more appropriate to say it was a hypothesis.

One can show that a hypothesis is correct, one can disprove a scientific theory, but to prove a scientific theory is true requires
that one show that it is true under all possible conditions / that there are not and could not be any exceptions.

That is obviously not possible.

You might of course, rather than taking my word for it as I suppose you will not, check on line, search terms like "prove a theory". You will find no source that will indicate that it is possible to prove a scientific theory to be true.

Same with scientific laws. Either can potentially be disproved or as they used to say, falsified.

Let us know what you find, it will not be different from what i said.

I do not think our galaxy had a mutation and this was selected by nature and when the galaxy multiplied the mutation was able to become more frequent!
