Did you even read your own article before posting it? It says he used the spray on another rioter. Nowhere does it say he used it on Capital police.
I remember seeing a post made by a leftist on this forum stating that a few day ago the U.S. had the hottest day on record. He didn't mention that his "record" only goes back to 1979. Nor did he mention that many parts of the country experienced normal temperatures and some below average temperatures. And yes these same people will tell me not to confuse weather with climate.
