Nothing they can find on Trump in confiscated Cohen's documents is admissible in court.... if it was only that easy, when you can't convict someone, raid his lawers office and get dirt. Does not work like that.

It's obvious that Mueller found out that Stormy's real name is Natasha Vladovostock and she drinks Smirnoff vodka.......so this is all clearly within his mandate to investigate Russian interference in our last Presidential election............

Trump's cult literally would't care if he was a school shooter.
Let alone have his lawyer's office ransacked by the FBI for good reason.

It does if the lawyer is part of the criminality, it’s also the only way to get that warrant.

Nonsense, if a lawyer commits a crime, he goes to jail, but privileged information of his clients remains privileged and inadmissible in court forever.

You can absolutely use information obtained from those confidential communications if they have evidence that Trump ordered Cohen to perform illegal acts.

Because the attorney-client privilege belongs to the client, the client’s intent determines whether the exception applies. Most courts will apply the exception even if the attorney had no knowledge of, and didn’t participate in, the actual crime or fraud.

    The crime-fraud exception applies if:

    • the client was in the process of committing or intended to commit a crime or fraudulent act, and
    • the client communicated with the lawyer with intent to further the crime or fraud, or to cover it up.

    Exactly.

This way Mueller is a martyr and can come back later when nothing is done to Trump and say "I woulda got him!"

Oh yeah, I forgot that for the right laws don't apply to rich white guys who have been breaking the laws for most of their lives.

Yep, if Trump told his lawyer that he intended to commit a crime and they put it in writing then the exception applies..... good luck looking for a document like that cause absolutely nothing else is admissible.
