I remember the good old days when only smart folks used personal computers. Seriously tho, law enforcement should not be accepting this excuse. In both of these cases,it was a joke. Theres nothing funny about it and theres still really no guarantee it was anything else but what it appears to be, child abuse. Its probably these guys "facebook friends" ratting them out,so in that regard its good to see there are others who are alarmed enough to call police...but I fear for the future my infant is heading into.
Not sure what is funny about taping a child's mouth shut, bounding their hands and feet and hanging them upside down...? These parents have a sick sense of humor.
I have an extremely (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up sense of humor, but, this is beyond pushing it... I mean, it's possible that the photos are a "joke," but, there's nothing funny about taping a child up... At all...
