The Wisconsin Republicans who were part of the fake elector scheme in that state have settled the civil lawsuit against them. The settlement agreement includes a statement from the 10 people who were defendants in the suit, that:
    1. Admit that Joe Biden won the 2020 election
    2. Agreed to send a statement to the government offices that received the Electoral College votes saying that their actions were “part of an attempt to improperly overturn the 2020 presidential election results.”

They have also agreed to turn over any documents about the plot to government officials.

What kind of agreement is this? It's called coercion. "Part of an attempt to improperly overturn the 2020 Presidential election results" We can also call it blackmail as well as effectively planting evidence(there isn't a single rational person alive who thinks in terms of 'part of an attempt to improperly overturn the 2020 Presidential results')

That statement, was clearly and nakedly under lawful duress.

Yep, indictments in Georgia, DC, Michigan. Investigations in Nevada, Arizona and Wisconsin...but it's all just trumped up charges.

    You really are too funny.

I didn't call it 'trumped up charges', rather the people who brought the suit took the opportunity to put into the record something even the DOJ didn't find and probably would never 'find', save for this suit. Hence, it's as if the evidence were planted.

It would have been more convincing if they made such a statement without the said coercion. Which is why I can't see it being a factor in any cases Trump is actually involved in.

This is the way the Democrat justice system works. “Say what we demand for you to say, or WE will ruin your life with law suits and legal fees.” This is Democrat fascism at its worst, but it’s now all too common.

They should have asked the Orange Stain to pick up their legal bills and fought to the bitter end.

Meanwhile, their actions were “part of an attempt to improperly overturn the 2020 presidential election results.”

Another brick in the wall.....of the Orange Stain's cell.

Be careful what you wish for. When a government starts putting its opponents in prison for their political positions, you are living in a dictatorship. I know that you would like to see a dictatorship run by the Democrat Party, but wishing for it and living with it are two very different things.

    Somebody planted the evidence?

    Was it George Soros?

Things happen fast... probably while you were typing that, Nevada became a criminal case for their 6 fake electors, with the help of the architect of the plan

    SNIP
Nevada’s case ramped up after prosecutors secured the cooperation of a key witness, Kenneth Chesebro, a lawyer who helped orchestrate the fake electors plot across multiple states. In late 2020, Chesebro wrote a series of memos spelling out what the pro-Trump electors should do in their respective states.

Not at all. I want to see more criminal politicians in jail. And the Orange Stain is a textbook case with which to start.

States control elections within their states. I hope Wisconsin gets it fixed. Democrat rules allowing people to vote without ID and by mail is scary.

My dad and I have the same name. I recently received mail forwarded to me from his local Jersey voting registrar in New Jersey. My parents retired to New Jersey when I joined the Army long ago. The documents indicated my dad had been voting consistently in recent years. Problem is... he died almost 30 years ago.

Your use of the term "Orange Stain" indicates a level of bias and emotion which is probably too radical to modify, but I'll comment anyway.

You call Trump a criminal. After two impeachment tries, the Steele Dossier, the Mueller Report and multitudes of accusations over YEARS... no court in the nation has CONVICTED Trump of any CRIMINAL act. None... Bupkus. So he isn't a criminal.

People that support politicians that take foreign bribes, violate their oath of office by opening our border, and weaponize the FBI, DOJ and IRS to batter their opponents, would do well not to accuse their political opponents of being "criminals".

As you say, settle the civil lawsuit... Criminal charges could still be pending...

The fact remains that no US CRIMINAL court has ever found Trump guilty of any felony... anywhere.

Democrats don't do that. Republicans do. And you support it, with all your heart and soul. That makes you one of the bad guys. We oppose such tactics, so we're the good guys.

More proof of the absolute infallibility of the "Every Republican accusation is a confession" rule.

When the ethics committee makes their ruling, turf his fat arse, he can hang with Santos. He already beat corruption charges once when the Trump Admin dropped a similar case against him brought by the Obama Admin.

However, the Senate is a different beast and only 100.

With the dojs conviction rate, I’d say that it’s just a matter of time.
