My favorite sandwich...............me between Eva Herzegova and Heidi Klum. Oh, wait! Wrong kind of sandwich. Then it would be just about anything served on Ciabatta bread.
I have tried those. They were popular among some of the people I went to school with. I thought it was putrid. Make fudge? You expect me to make something in the kitchen. If only you knew what a disaster my attempt at pumpkin roll was. Thanks to PoliticalGuardian for posting that picture and making me want it.
fudge is stove top, and requires precise portions, temp, and cooking times. <--kinda like chemistry... you should be safe.
If it does not include ammonium nitrate, battery acid, and copper wire, it is not chemistry worth doing.
You bested me Jenn..That thing looks delicious! 80 years wow is it the same location? They ever been on any shows? The food network does a lot about famous restaurants.
Chicago hot dog. Ingredients: 1 all-beef hot dog (Vienna) 1 poppyseed hot dog bun 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon sweet green pickle relish 1 tablespoon chopped onion 4 tomato wedges 1 dill pickle spear 2 sport peppers 1 dash celery salt Can't be beat if you're a hot dog fanatic. Even better with a side of fries and an ice cold Sam Adams Boston Lager.
I love a good Reuben, but the very best sandwich I've ever had was one my Mom used to make. She'd spread Green Goddess salad dressing on rye bread, put ham, swiss cheese, and coleslaw between the two slices of bread, wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and bake it in the oven. It was to DIE for and was as good as any dessert. That was years ago and I don't know if that salad dressing is even available anymore, but now that I remember, I'll see if she can make it the next time I visit. Yum!
It is hard catching anyone there to chat with or PM. I am going to open it and leave it open and start checking that way. Thanks.
I like various types of sandwiches, some of which from Subway include Oven Roasted Chicken, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, BLT, and Chicken&Bacon Ranch. Other favorites from various sources include a Shrimp Po-boy (but there's a twist, I like the shrimp fried with vodka), Roast Beef Au Jus, Bacon Sandwich, and a Fried Rattlesnake sandwich.
