Repeating your fallacy over and over again does not alter the fact that you are 100% WRONG!

If it is considered to be a crime by the U.S., but not by the other nation, then only one of the few nations which are puppets of the U.S. would consider extradition to the U.S.
You don't seem to know it, but American law does not run everywhere.
And the internet is global. It does not belong to America. Foreigners can post whatever they want on the internet, to be read by Americans, including Democrats and opponents of Trump. And banking is global, and foreigners, be they Russians or anyone else, can send money to election candidates in the U.S. with impunity.

You can issue U.S. indictments till you are blue in the face, but that does not mean every country in the world will take any notice of them.

The U.S. has no jurisdiction outside the U.S.

The US can and does IMPOSE SANCTIONS on nations that allow these crimes to occur.

That you have respect whatsoever for the Rule of Law is NOT my problem.

There are some American laws which don't deserve respecting. Those laws I don't respect, and the civilised world does not respect them. That is not my problem. It may be a problem for the U.S.Administration sometimes.

While on the question of respect for the rule of law, the U.S. has broken international law more times than most people have had hot dinners, over the past 65 years, at a terrible cost in human lives, injuries, and suffering.
