There's an old saying that all's fair in love and war. It appears that's true, at least in part, in the US major party struggle for supremacy as well. This poor old country mouse has watched with interest as the Republican Party, when in charge of the federal Senate, bypassed years and years of generally-accepted procedures and processes to further the party's ambitions. We now see this same playbook being used in the federal House of Representatives. I've laid in a store of popcorn to watch the circus. Regards, stay safe 'n well.
