I agree with the fact that if you don't have a baby by age 30, the risk goes up. Reason is that if you continually have a high level of estrogen in your body for almost 20 years, it comes back to haunt you. If you wait until your estrogen level starts to lower, i.e., after 30, the risk increases. Whatever decreases your exposure to too much estrogen benefits you.
