A Feminist website was called out on national (Australian) television for it's use of anti-intellectualism

    - In an online-only video clip, co-host of Australian Morning TV show "Sunrise", Samantha Armytage, refers to her own shoes as "stripper heels", which prompts a continuation of the joke from her male co-star David Koch.

    - Feminist website Mamamia then publishes a story by Jamila Rizvi, its editor-in-chief, trotting out your typical feminist/misandrist tripe, insinuating that Koch was an old pervert and had "humiliated" Armytage on TV in front of millions, trying to spin the whole non-incident into another example of patriarchy, general male rapey-ness, female victimhood, etc. here: http://www.mamamia.com.au/social/koc...stripper-pole/

    - The reaction from the Sunrise hosts was fiery and fantastic: they tweeted back, commented back and then ran a seven-minute live response on their show the next morning, slamming published Mia Freedman and editor Jamila Rizvi for their lack of journalistic standards, cowardice, sneakiness, censorship and misandry. You can watch it here: http://au.tv.yahoo.com/sunrise/video...er-heel-story/

The best quote was from Samantha Armytage, around the middle of her statement, saying fiercely:

"I don't like this part of the sisterhood that insists on running down men to be a feminist, or to be a part of the sisterhood. I like the men I work with, I respect the men I work with. I won't do it and I won't be a part of it."

Feminists use anti-intellectualism to silence dissent on 99.999999999999% or more of the sites that exist on the internet.

Feminists use of anti-intellectualism is probably why their theories are growing increasingly bizarre every day (i.e. slouching leads to rape).

The Nazis use of anti-intellectualism led to them developing increasingly bizarre theories too, and ultimately their use of anti-intellectualism led to the murder of over 13 million defenseless individuals.

Hopefully there exists a site on the internet where feminists theories can be challenged.

We can only hope, can't we???

This study proves violence against boys and men is one of the consequences of the anti-intellectualism in the form of feminist biased moderation on the vast majority of sites on the internet.

From the Journal of Aggression, Conflict and Peace Research

“This drop in IPV against females and steady rate of violence against males raises an interesting policy question. There are many thousands of support programs, web sites and public-interest media items for female victims of domestic violence (DV), and virtually no programs and only a handful of web sites in the USA for male victims. Perhaps these programs and public education efforts have resulted in males, but not females, getting the message that DV is wrong.”

“…those that are the core of the DV service system: DV agencies, DV hotlines, and the police. On the one hand, about 25% of men who sought help from DV hotlines were connected with resources that were helpful. On the other hand, nearly 67% of men reported that these DV agencies and hotline were not at all helpful. Many reported being turned away. The qualitative accounts in our research tell a story of male helpseekers who are often doubted, ridiculed, and given false information.”

In 41.5 percent of the cases where men called the police, the police asked if he wanted his partner arrested; in 21 percent the police refused to arrest the partner, and in 38.7 percent the police said there was nothing they could do and left

Are you kidding? The internet is rife with sites that bash away at feminists in the most offensive and grubby way.

That still not enough for you? Never satisfied are the bashers of feminists.

Not just that, but these sites peddle misinformation and twist things to alarming heights. It's pretty transparent the intention of these sites.

You're the one who made the claim. You're the one who should support it with evidence. Tell me of just one anti-feminist forum that peddles misinformation and twist things to alarming heights, just one. That's all I ask.

Or you could just as well visit any radfem site which demonizes any woman who isn't at least 150 lbs overweight and wearing 5 oclock shadow, lol

"Feminism" and a large amount of "identity based" movements are groups are a magnet for bigots and individuals with an entitlement complex who want "special treatment" because of what they were born as, versus their accomplishments as an individual - that's just the way it is.

Obviously, it's not enough as feminists dare to speak out their nonsense loudly. Feminist bashing is enough when they keep quiet and do not molest anyone with their nonsense. Neither individuals nor the societies. They are a poison for the societies they live in.

Yes, a poison from your perspective and a blessing from mine.

I hardly want to duel you or anyone else about it.

The same way you see 'feminists dare to speak out their nonsense loudly', well, gee, that's the way anti-feminists affect me with their nonsense.

    What to do?

    O, what to do?

In the big scheme of things, it matters little. Your opinion, mine, the other persons, whatever. I'm a feminist and try to be a decent person in life as I'm sure many anti-feminists do too.

    Have a good day, Nanninga.

I'm sure Feminists have some valid points, but I'm yet to discover what those points are because everytime I ask a question like:" if all feminism means is, 'equality,' then why do feminists look at some inequalities favoring women as victories" they don't answer the question and I get banned -LOL

There was a sexual discrimination story about Walmart that sounds like it has merit, but who knows???
