Fem rights should allow this 100%. ie: total legalisation of brothels and prostitution, that is of women servicing men. what do you think?
I'm not a feminist. But I support the legalizing of prostitution one hundred percent. There are guys who are just not able to get a girlfriend or into a normal relationship with a girl, and I just can't see why sex should be for married couples only. You have no clue how much pressure guys are under to get laid to prove they're normal.
Hooking provides work as well, that's another issue that should be considered here - think of all that tax money, and you're right - everyone should be allowed to have sex
If it will help stamp out the abuse that goes with the illegal side of the business then I am all for it.
I belive women should be free to sell their bodies, or use their bodies in the sex industry, whether it be porn, or prostitution. (Really, what's the difference but that in one instance you're on camera and in the other you're - usually - not?) The problems that arise with prostitution could also potentially be stamped out with heavy regulation of the industry.
Of course it should be legal, but not just for women, that wouldn't work under equal protection. As George Carlin observed, why in the hell is it illegal to sell something it's perfectly legal to give away?? It's yet another throwback to our religious-puritan roots, and the fact that church and state separation was virtually ignored for about 150 years more or less.
What's odd though is that most libs and socialists want to ban it, or at least make it a crime for men to pay - how does that work out?
Yes. If it's her body when killing an unborn child, then why can't she rent her body? Think of all the easy young women out there giving it out for free to any guy who buys her drinks. They could pay college tuition if they charged for it.
I believe we should solve simple poverty and engender a social moral of social acceptability, for women to fornicate men into relationships in the name of honesty as a moral.
Very sexist. Why just women servicing men? Why not men servicing women? Or men servicing men, women servicing women.
Once the sex profession become legalized (and one day it will be) then all of the above will also follow as a matter of course. Anyone paying attention can see the trend toward the development of a licentious society and culture. Sanction it, license it, regulate it, tax it . . . and Bob's your uncle.
Sure, why not. This admin has already given their blessings to selling pot and men using ladies room and wearing wedding gowns... why stop there. Let's finish the degradation of America's moral fiber while Obama is still in office. Before his term is up, we'll prob all be screwing in the streets like dogs.
Only the right is cognitively dissonant enough to deny and disparage a work ethic while complaining about social costs.
America has the highest rate of incarceration in the world, higher than the second and third highest countries combined, Russia and China, and many Americans think those countries are police states and America is the freeist country in the world??? How can anyone believe America is free when it has the highest rate of incarceration in the world??? If America wants to claim it's the freeist country in the world everything that can be dicriminalized should be decriminalized, including prostitution. Prostitution is already legal in Nevada, and it has been for years, and I haven't heard any issues coming from Nevada because prostitution is legal there???
Probably the majority of young and horny males would say something the equivalent of, "Wait a minute, I will get paid to do what I want to do anyway? Hell yes!"
Depends on how attractive the woman is. For example, I wouldn't touch a feminist woman with a ten foot pole, regardles of what she may look like.
There are plenty of dedicated horn dogs who don't give a flying flipping fart in a wind storm, however, in regards to appearances. So for those types it would be a slice of heaven on Earth. Besides which with today's wonder drugs there would be no 'waning flag' issues (envision an eyebrow wag on my part).
Always comes down to money doesn't it, no thought to the fact that the guardian of a child also pays just not with the almighty dollar.
If it can be done so that the prostitutes (male or female) are regulated to be keep STD's at a low rate, drug use (drug testing) at a minimum, taxed and rights of confidentiality preserved, why not? Why buy the cow, if you can rent it for far less with far "less maintenance" for those who truly prefer not to be married or have unwanted children. When you think about it, marriage is a form of prostitution for some already.
