Its a real shame that Khadafi didn't go into exile 2 months ago... There's no going back.. Khadafi has lost Libya.
That is not according to the facts even though NATO has sent in over 7,500 sorties and killed thousands of Libyan defenders he is still alive and well. There is still a lot more babies they have to kill to finally depopulate Libya enough to stop the resistance to the NATO invasion.
Tyler: Khadafi has no friends.. the rest of the Arab world considers him a treacherous buffoon.. and now he has no money.. so neither Mugabe nor Chavez will give him sanctuary. This will come to a bad end.. like Saddam. They will either kill him or try him and hang him. No one wants to depopulate Libya.. There are a half dozen foreign oil companies working in Libya and the Chinese are building a railroad and a telecommunications network.
As a young Colonel the crowds praised him, he's now an old man , and have played his role - time for his exit. All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts, Farewell - Gaddafi. ----------------------- But the ones , I now feel most sympathy for are the nameless , honest , hard working Libyans , who dont make Front Page News, now without running water/electricity - unable to carry on with their normal daily lives , now struggleing to defend + providing for the families. .
Why "time for his exit".I do not realize it. Why Colonel must go? If you just were love in USA,that is realizing.
Nothing and nobody last forever , everyone + everything has its allotted time and must EXIT. . On the other hand if you think that you and the Colonel are immortal , then who am I to disagree.. ? tatty -byeeee.
Here's how this works. NATO believes that they'll have better business deals with the new government. Russia has a history with Gaddafi and likes the deals they have with him. Various Africans like Gaddafi because of business relations and because he represents an African nationalist ideology that they like. Ultimately, it's just one business perspective vs. another. There's no sense in pretending either side has the moral high ground. It's just strategy. That's all.
