I think the OP has a good employment law claim. Look for an attorney who will take contingency work. Although if OP wants to continue teaching, it might be better not to make waves over it, but public school teaching may no longer be an option at this point unfortunately. If the goal was a settlement then OP might be able to get the whole thing removed from their record, though. I'm not sure how it works in NH.
