More and more it seems that Melania will go down as one of the greatest first ladies in US History -- her beauty and fashion sense, her Be-Best campaign and her strong positive influence over the president are all wonderful things -- but perhaps her greatest accomplishment will be to get this woman, Mira Ricardel fired from the White House.

What did this woman do? I don't know and it doesn't matter -- as long as Melania feels she needs to be fired, she should be fired -- Just like when Nancy Reagan wanted to get rid of Reagan's chief of staff, I feel Melania has a right to fire whoever she sees fit. Mira Ricardel was hand-picked to be Deputy NSA advisor by John Bolton -- that alone is enough reason to fire her, because John Bolton has no business around anyone's White House after the Iraq War debacle. However, from the article: "Apparently, Ricardel and the First Lady’s staff clashed last month in Africa, according to someone familiar with the matter. The New York Times reports that first, Ricardel announced the trip before plans were finalized, and then later threatened to withdraw resources for the trip upon learning that no seat had been reserved for her on Melania’s plane"

That alone is enough reason to fire anyone -- you do not cross the first lady and expect to have a job for long -- no matter who the first lady is -- I recall Michelle Obama fired half of the state department because she is an angry black woman and that is what they do...

 

It sounds like Melania was being petty, but given this lady was tight with Bolton my response is: "I really don't care, do you?"

There was more to the story. Ricardel was also suspected of being a leaker, was rumored not to get along with Mattis, and Kelly didn't care for her either.

First off, she is the most beautiful first woman we have had in our history with a nice set of tits -- that is just a fact. Michelle is not even a human being.

Second, the be best campaign was started by Melania, not Obama -- in fact, the Obamas supported bullies in school, their daughters were notorious for bullying others and fights -- most likely learned their thug behavior from their violent parents.

3rd, her fashion sense is impeccable -- the colonial style pith helmet she wore was spot on -- it was good to see her remind those savages in Africa of a better time when their land was ruled by their rightful European leaders.

There stories circulating that Melania Trump been clashing with John Kelly and he on the verge of quitting.


There have been a long history of First Ladies clashing with members of her Husband cabinet and staff or other people in the President administration: Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Bush, Nancy Reagan, Rosalynn Carter, Betty Ford, Pat Nixon, Lady Bird Johnson and going back a couple decades back Eleanor Roosevelt. There has been a "East Wing vs West Wing" mortality since at least the late 1960s. There was a book written about First Ladies (from Mamie Eisenhower to the present) that came out a few years ago and it talk about this.


This is nothing new. The most famous was Nancy Reagan and Don Regan. They often clashed and she got Ronald Reagan to fire him because of her astrologist. Jimmy Carter cabinet were not happy with the fact that Rosalynn sat in on meetings.

Gerald Ford cabinet wanted him to to contain Betty ford. They were not happy with the 'pillow talks' worried about what kind of influence Betty had over her Husband. Pat Nixon East Wing had some legendary battles with Richard Nixon West Wing.

Eh, while I love the stuff on this thread for its humor, I do think this lady was cruising for a firing because she really didn't play well with others. Probably was an adviser on the Africa trip and did not treat Melania right. And reading up more on her, she is someone who I can barely even manage a shrug for her firing.

 

Maybe tomorrow she be the one who fires mueller...or Kelly.
